Description

Technical Field

[0001] This utility model relates to the field of baby product technology, and in particular to an infant waist stool. Background Technology

[0002] An infant seat is a device designed to help adults carry infants. Adults can wear the infant seat on their body and allow the infant to sit in the carrying compartment, thereby reducing the burden on adults when traveling with an infant. For example, in Chinese utility model patent application CN120477547A, the inventor disclosed an infant seat comprising a main body and a front panel. The main body has a waist belt, which includes a support compartment and shoulder straps. The support compartment is supportive, comprising a backrest and a seat. The seat is connected to the lower end of the backrest, and the two sides of the seat are higher than the middle of the seat in the width direction. One end of the shoulder strap is connected to the waist belt, and the connection point between the shoulder strap and the waist belt is located in front of the backrest of the seat frame. The lower end of the front panel is connected to the seat, and the upper end of the front panel is connected to the shoulder strap via a pull strap. It also includes a restraint strap, one end of which is connected to the front panel, and the other end of which is connected to the waist belt, the backrest, or the shoulder strap. The center of the seat is lower than the center of the waist belt, and the connecting part of the support compartment has an arc-shaped structure. In existing infant seat technologies, the front panel and the main body are fixedly connected, meaning the front panel cannot be detached from the main body. During use, the infant must be completely enclosed within the support chamber, resulting in poor ventilation, which can easily cause discomfort, especially in hot weather. Furthermore, as infants grow older, their mobility and support needs change, making the front panel redundant and limiting the flexibility and applicable scenarios of the infant seat. Utility Model Content

[0035] Refer to the accompanying drawings of the specification of this utility model. Figures 1 to 21 A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the infant waist stool includes a waist stool body 10 and a front piece 20, the front piece 20 being detachably mounted to the waist stool body 10, and the user can selectively install the front piece 20 as needed.

[0036] In other words, the waist stool body 10 of the present invention can be used alone, or the waist stool body 10 and the front piece 20 can be used together. When the front piece 20 is installed on the waist stool body 10 and the waist stool body 10 and the front piece 20 are used together, the baby waist stool forms a protective cavity 100 and two side channels 200 between the waist stool body 10 and the front piece 20. The two side channels 200 are respectively connected to the protective cavity 100 on opposite sides. The baby's torso can be wrapped in the protective cavity 100, and the limbs can be exposed through the side channels 200 to allow the baby to move normally.

[0037] Specifically, the hip stool body 10 includes a waist belt 11, a stool body 12, and a pair of symmetrical shoulder straps 13. The stool body 12 is positioned in front of the waist belt 11, and the opposite sides of each shoulder strap 13 are connected to the front and back sides of the waist belt 13, respectively. When wearing the hip stool body 10, the user can first place the two shoulder straps 13 on their shoulders and then tie the waist belt 11 around their waist. In this way, the stool body 12 is reliably held in front of the abdomen, and the user can then hold an infant while sitting on the stool body 12. It is understood that when wearing the hip stool body 10, the user can also first tie the waist belt 11 around their waist and then place the two shoulder straps 13 on their shoulders.

[0038] In the appendix Figures 1 to 21In this specific example of the infant waist stool of the present invention, the waist belt 11 is strip-shaped, having a first belt end 111 and a second belt end 112. The waist stool body 10 includes a Velcro assembly 14, which includes a hook side 141 and a loop side 142. One of the hook side 141 and the loop side 142 is disposed at the first belt end 111, and the other is disposed at the second belt end 112. After the first belt end 111 and the second belt end 112 of the waist belt 11 are respectively wrapped around the user's waist, the hook side 141 hooks the loop side 142 to allow the hook side 141 and the loop side 142 to cooperate with each other to reliably bind the waist belt 11 around the waist. In one specific example, after the hook face 141 and the first belt end 111 of the waist belt 11 are overlapped, the hook face 141 and the first belt end 111 of the waist belt 11 are sewn together to set the hook face 141 to the first belt end 111 of the waist belt 11. Correspondingly, after the napped face 142 and the second belt end 112 of the waist belt 11 are overlapped, the napped face 142 and the second belt end 112 of the waist belt 11 are sewn together to set the napped face 142 to the second belt end 112 of the waist belt 11.

[0039] The specific manner in which the stool body 12 is positioned on the front side of the waist belt 11 is not limited in the infant waist stool of this utility model. For example, in the attached... Figures 1 to 21 In this specific example of the infant waist stool of the present invention, after the stool body 12 is stacked on the middle of the waist belt 11 on the rear side, the stool body 12 and the waist belt 11 are sewn together to position the stool body 12 in the middle of the waist belt 11, wherein when the user wears the waist stool body 11, the middle of the waist belt 11 is located in front of the user so that the stool body 12 is held in front of the abdomen by the waist belt 11.

[0040] In the appendix Figures 1 to 21 In this specific example of the infant hip seat of the present invention shown, one end of the shoulder strap 13 is fixedly connected to the front side of the waist belt 11. For example, this end of the shoulder strap 13 can be sewn to the front side of the waist belt 11 to fix this end of the shoulder strap 13 to the front side of the waist belt 11. The other end of the shoulder strap 13 is detachably installed on the rear side of the shoulder strap 13. The specific structure and beneficial effects of the detachable installation of this end of the shoulder strap 13 on the rear side of the waist belt 11 will be disclosed in the following description.

[0041] Now return to the attached diagram. Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figures 18 to 21The bottom of the front panel 20 is detachably mounted to the front side of the stool body 12, and the opposite sides of the top of the front panel 20 are detachably mounted to the two shoulder straps 13, thus the front panel 20 is detachably mounted to the waist stool body 10. After the bottom of the front panel 20 is mounted to the front side of the stool body 12 and the opposite sides of the top of the front panel 20 are respectively mounted to the two shoulder straps 13, the front panel 20 is mounted to the waist stool body 10. At this time, the infant waist stool forms the protective cavity 100 and the two side channels 200 between the waist stool body 10 and the front panel 20. Correspondingly, after the bottom of the front panel 20 is detached from the front side of the stool body 12 and the opposite sides of the top of the front panel 20 are respectively detached from the two shoulder straps 13, the front panel 20 is detached from the waist stool body 10, at which point the waist stool body 10 can be used independently.

[0042] Specifically, see the attached document. Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Figures 15 to 20 The front panel 20 includes a front panel body 21 and a pair of top extension arms 22, the two top extension arms 22 extending integrally upward from opposite sides of the top of the front panel body 21. The bottom of the front panel body 21 is detachably mounted to the front side of the stool body 12, so that the bottom of the front panel 20 is detachably mounted to the front side of the stool body 12. The ends of the two top extension arms 22 are detachably mounted to the two shoulder straps 13, so that opposite sides of the top of the front panel 20 are detachably mounted to the two shoulder straps 13.

[0043] To ensure the reliability of the connection between the front body 21 and the two top extension arms 22, refer to the attached... Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 6The front panel 20 includes a skeleton portion 210 and a lining portion 220. The skeleton portion 210 is formed by cutting a whole piece of fabric and includes a first extension arm 211 and a second extension arm 212. The lower middle portion of the first extension arm 211 and the lower middle portion of the second extension arm 212 are integrally connected, forming a "V"-shaped front panel space 213 between the first extension arm 211 and the second extension arm 212. The bottom and opposite sides of the lining portion 220 are respectively connected to... The first extension arm 211 and the second extension arm 212 are configured to fill the front panel space 213 with the lining portion 220. The main body portions of the first extension arm 211, the second extension arm 212, and the lining portion 220 form the front panel body 21. The tops of the first extension arm 211 and the second extension arm 212 respectively form top extension arms 22, such that the two top extension arms 22 extend integrally upward from the top of the front panel body 21. It is understood that the bottom and opposite sides of the lining portion 220 are sewn to the first extension arm 211 and the second extension arm 212, respectively.

[0044] Preferably, the two opposite sides of the middle portion of the front piece 20 are detachably mounted to the two shoulder straps 13. After the two shoulder straps 13 are mounted to the opposite sides of the middle portion of the front piece 20, the front piece 20 divides the side passage 200 of the infant waist stool into an upper passage 201 and a lower passage 202. The infant's torso can be wrapped in the protective cavity 100, the legs can extend through the lower passage 202, and the arms can extend through the upper passage 201, which helps to increase the safety and comfort of the infant.

[0045] Specifically, see the attached document. Figure 1 , Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Figure 18 and Figure 19 The front panel 20 includes a pair of side extension arms 23. The two side extension arms 23 extend outward integrally from opposite sides of the front panel body 21. The ends of the two side extension arms 23 are detachably mounted to the two shoulder straps 13. After the ends of the two side extension arms 23 are mounted to the two shoulder straps 13, the side extension arms 23 separate the side channel 200 into the upper channel 201 and the lower channel 202.

[0046] It is understood that the skeleton portion 210 includes a third extension arm 214 and a fourth extension arm 215. The first extension arm 211, the second extension arm 212, the third extension arm 214 and the fourth extension arm 215 are integral. The third extension arm 214 extends laterally from a position slightly below the middle of the first extension arm 211, such that the third extension arm 214 forms one of the side extension arms 23 of the front piece 20. The fourth extension arm 215 extends laterally from a position slightly below the middle of the second extension arm 212, such that the fourth extension arm 215 forms another side extension arm 23 of the front piece 20.

[0047] Reference Appendix Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figures 19 to 21 The infant waist stool includes a zipper 30, which is used to be detachably installed on the bottom of the front body 21 and the front side of the stool body 12, so that the bottom of the front body 21 is reliably installed on the front side of the stool body 12 to ensure the safety of the infant.

[0048] Specifically, the zipper 30 includes a first zipper strap 31, a second zipper strap 32, and a slider 33. The first zipper strap 31 is located on the front side of the stool body 12; for example, the first zipper strap 31 can be sewn to the front side of the stool body 12. The second zipper strap 32 is located at the bottom of the front panel body 21; for example, the second zipper strap 32 can be sewn to the bottom of the front panel body 21. The slider 33 is slidably mounted on the second zipper strap 32, and the slider 33 is... The zipper 30 is configured to engage or disengage the teeth of the first zipper tape 31 and the second zipper tape 32. When the zipper head 33 engages the teeth of the first zipper tape 31 and the second zipper tape 32, the zipper 30 is used to mount the bottom of the front panel body 21 and the front side of the stool body 12. When the zipper head 33 disengages the teeth of the first zipper tape 31 and the second zipper tape 32, the zipper 30 allows the bottom of the front panel body 21 and the front side of the stool body 12 to separate.

[0049] Reference Appendix Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figures 6 to 9The infant hip seat includes at least one first buckle assembly 40, which includes a first connecting strap 41, a second connecting strap 42, a first female buckle 43, and a first male buckle 44. The first connecting strap 41 connects the first female buckle 43 to the front side of the seat body 12. For example, after one end of the first connecting strap 41 passes through a first through hole 431 of the first female buckle 43, the two ends of the first connecting strap 41 are overlapped, and the overlapped ends are sewn to the front side of the seat body 12, so that the first connecting strap 41 connects the first female buckle 43 to the front side of the seat body 12. The second connecting strap 42 connects the first male buckle 44 to the bottom of the front panel body 21. For example, after one end of the second connecting strap 42 passes through a first through hole 431 of the first female buckle 43, the two ends of the first connecting strap 41 are overlapped, and the two ... ends are sewn to the front side of the seat body 12, so that the first connecting strap 41 connects the first female buckle 43 to the front side of the seat body 12. After the first male buckle 44 has a second perforation 441, the two ends of the second connecting strap 42 are overlapped, and the overlapped ends are sewn to the bottom of the front body 21 so that the second connecting strap 42 connects the second male buckle 44 and the bottom of the front body 21. The first female buckle 43 and the first male buckle 44 are detachably fastened. When the first female buckle 43 and the first male buckle 44 are fastened together, the bottom of the front body 21 and the front side of the stool 12 are installed, cooperating with the zipper 30 to ensure the secure installation relationship between the bottom of the front body 21 and the front side of the stool 12. Correspondingly, after the first female buckle 43 and the first male buckle 44 are disengaged, the bottom of the front body 21 and the front side of the stool 12 can be detached. More preferably, in the attached... Figures 1 to 21 In this specific example of the infant waist stool of the present invention shown, there are two first buckle assemblies 40, and the two first buckle assemblies 40 are arranged symmetrically.

[0050] For details, please refer to the appendix. Figures 7 to 9The first female buckle 43 includes a first female buckle body 432 and a pressing plate 433. The first female buckle body 432 has a first buckle cavity 4321, a first insertion port 4322, a pressing plate groove 4323, and a first buckle slot 4324. The first insertion port 4322 is connected to the first buckle cavity 4321 at one end of the first female buckle body 432. The pressing plate groove 4323 is connected to the first buckle cavity 4321 on one side of the first female buckle body 432. The first buckle slot 4324 is connected to the first buckle cavity 4321 on the other side of the first female buckle body 432. That is, the pressing plate groove 4323 and the first buckle slot are connected to each other. 4324 is located on opposite sides of the first female buckle body 432. The first through hole 431 is formed at the other end of the first female buckle body 432. One side of the pressure plate 433 is connected to the inner wall of the first female buckle body 432 for forming the pressure plate groove 4323 by two elastic arms 434 to suspend the pressure plate 433 in the pressure plate groove 4323. Thus, the pressure plate 433 is elastic, that is, when the pressure plate 433 is pressed, the pressure plate 433 can swing toward the first buckle cavity 4321 of the first female buckle body 432. When the pressure applied to the pressure plate 433 is removed, the pressure plate 433 can return to its original position. The first male buckle 44 includes a first male buckle body 442 and a first insert 443. The second through hole 441 is formed on one side of the first male buckle body 442. The first insert 443 extends outward integrally from the other side of the first male buckle body 442. A first rib 4431 is provided on one side of the first insert 443 near the first male buckle body 442, and a second rib 4432 is provided on the other side of the first insert 443 away from the first male buckle body 442. The thickness of the first insert 443 is slightly smaller than the height of the first buckle cavity 4321 of the first female buckle body 432.

[0051] Reference Appendix Figure 9When the first insert 443 of the first male buckle 44 is inserted into the first buckle cavity 4321 through the first insertion port 4322 of the first female buckle body 432, the second protrusion 4432 of the first insert 443 abuts against the inner wall of the first female buckle body 432 used to form the first buckle cavity 4321, and thus the first insert 443 warps upward and deforms. When the first insert 443 of the first male buckle 44 slides to the position where the second protrusion 4432 of the first insert 443 aligns with the first buckle groove 4324 of the first female buckle body 432, the first insert 443 returns to its initial state and allows the second protrusion 4432 of the first insert 4433 to protrude into the first buckle groove 4324 of the first female buckle body 432, so that the first male buckle 44 and the first female buckle 43 are fastened together. It should be noted that after the first male buckle 44 and the first female buckle 43 are engaged, the first protruding rib 4431 of the first insert 443 abuts against the pressure plate 433. When the pressure plate 433 of the first female buckle 43 is pressed and allowed to swing toward the first buckle cavity 4321 of the first female buckle body 432, the pressure plate 433 pushes the first protruding rib 4431 of the first insert 443 downward, causing the first insert 443 to tilt upward. At this time, the second protruding rib 4432 of the first insert 443 exits the first buckle groove 4324 of the first female buckle body 432. In this state, pulling the first male buckle 44 outward can separate the first female buckle 43 and the first male buckle 44.

[0052] Further, see attached document. Figures 1 to 6 , Figures 10 to 12 The infant hip seat includes a pair of magnetic buckle assemblies 50, which are used to detachably attach the end of the side extension arm 23 of the front piece 20 to the shoulder strap 13.

[0053] Specifically, the magnetic snap assembly 50 includes a third connecting strap 51, a fourth connecting strap 52, a first snap body 53, and a second snap body 54. The third connecting strap 51 connects the first snap body 53 and the shoulder strap 13. For example, after one end of the third connecting strap 51 passes through a third perforation 531 of the first snap body 53, this end of the third connecting strap 51 is overlapped near the first snap body 53, and this end of the third connecting strap 51 and this position are sewn together to connect the first snap body 53 and the shoulder strap 13. The fourth connecting strap 52 connects the second snap body 54 and the end of the side extension arm 23 of the front panel 20. For example, in the fourth connecting strap... After one end of the third connecting strap 52 passes through a fourth perforation 541 of the second buckle 54, this end of the fourth connecting strap 52 is overlapped at a position adjacent to the second buckle 54, and this end of the third connecting strap 52 is sewn to this position so that the fourth connecting strap 52 connects the second buckle 54 and the end of the side extension arm 23, wherein the first buckle 53 and the second buckle 54 are detachably fastened. When the first buckle 53 and the second buckle 54 are fastened together, the end of the side extension arm 23 of the front piece 20 is attached to the shoulder strap 13. When the first buckle 53 and the second buckle 54 are disengaged, the end of the side extension arm 23 of the front piece 20 is detached from the shoulder strap 13.

[0054] Specifically, the first buckle body 53 has a second buckle cavity 532 and a second buckle groove 533 communicating with the second buckle cavity 532, and the first buckle body 53 is provided with a first magnetic element 55, the first magnetic element 55 being adjacent to the second buckle groove 533. Preferably, the first magnetic element 55 is embedded in the first buckle body 53 to ensure that the first magnetic element 55 is reliably disposed in the first buckle body 53. The second buckle body 54 has a first buckle protrusion 542, and the second buckle body 54 is provided with a second magnetic element 56, the second magnetic element 56 being adjacent to the first buckle protrusion 542. Preferably, the second magnetic element 56 is embedded in the second buckle body 54 to ensure that the second magnetic element 56 is reliably disposed in the second buckle body 54. When the first magnetic element 55 and the second magnetic element 56 are adjacent, they attract each other, causing the main body of the second buckle 54 to snap into the second buckle cavity 532 of the first buckle 53, and the first buckle protrusion 542 of the first buckle 53 to protrude into the second buckle groove 533 of the first buckle 53. Thus, the first buckle 53 and the second buckle 54 are engaged, allowing the end of the side extension arm 23 of the front panel 20 to be attached to the shoulder strap 13. After the user presses the first buckle protrusion 542 of the second buckle 54 to disengage the first buckle 542 from the second buckle groove 533 of the first buckle 53, the first magnetic element 55 and the second magnetic element 56 move away from each other, allowing the first buckle 53 and the second buckle 54 to disengage, thereby detaching the end of the side extension arm 23 of the front panel 20 from the shoulder strap 13.

[0055] Preferably, refer to the appendix Figure 12 The first buckle body 53 has a second buckle protrusion 534, and the second buckle body 54 has a third buckle groove 543. When the first buckle body 53 and the second buckle body 54 are fastened together, the second buckle protrusion 534 of the first buckle body 53 is fastened into the third buckle groove 543 of the second buckle body 54 to ensure the reliability of the fastening relationship between the first buckle body 53 and the second buckle body 54.

[0056] Preferably, refer to the appendix Figures 1 to 6The two shoulder straps 13 can also be connected to each other via a magnetic buckle assembly 50, so that when the user wears the waist stool body 10, the magnetic buckle assembly 50 can prevent the two shoulder straps 13 from moving away from each other, thus preventing the shoulder straps 13 from slipping off the user's shoulders. Specifically, the third connecting strap 51 of the magnetic buckle assembly 50 is used to connect one shoulder strap 13 and the first buckle body 53, and the fourth connecting strap 52 is used to connect the other shoulder strap 13 and the second buckle body 54, so that when the first buckle body 53 and the second buckle body 54 are fastened together, the two shoulder straps 13 are connected to each other via a magnetic buckle assembly 50.

[0057] Further, see attached document. Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Figure 13 and Figure 14 The infant hip seat includes a pair of locking assemblies 60, which are used to detachably attach the end of the top extension arm 22 of the front panel 20 to the shoulder strap 13.

[0058] Specifically, the locking assembly 60 includes a locking post 61 and a locking part 62. The locking post 61 is disposed on the shoulder strap 13, and the locking part 62 is disposed at the end of the top extension arm 22. For example, the end of the top extension arm 22 is overlapped with the portion of the top extension arm 22 adjacent to the locking part 62 after passing through a fifth perforation 621 of the locking part 62, and the end of the top extension arm 22 and this part are stitched together to provide the locking part 62 at the end of the top extension arm 22. The locking part 62 is detachably locked to the locking post 61 so that the end of the top extension arm 22 and the shoulder strap 13 are detachably installed. When the locking part 62 is locked to the locking post 61, the end of the top extension arm 22 is installed on the shoulder strap 13. When the locking part 62 is disengaged from the locking post 61, the end of the top extension arm 22 is detached from the shoulder strap 13.

[0059] Specifically, the locking pin 61 has a locking groove 611. The locking part 62 includes an assembly plate 622, a bottom shell plate 623, a top cover plate 624, two locking arms 625, and two springs 626. The bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624 are mounted to each other to form a locking cavity 627 and two locking holes 628 between the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624. The two locking holes 628 are respectively connected to the locking cavity 627 on opposite sides. One side of the assembly plate 622 is clamped between the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624, and the other side of the assembly plate 622 forms the fifth through hole 621. The bottom shell plate 623 has a concave shell 6231, which is concave towards the top cover plate 624, that is, the concave shell 6231 protrudes into the locking cavity 627. The concave shell 6231 of the bottom shell plate 623 forms A locking cavity 629 is provided. The concave shell 6231 has two shell holes 62311, which are respectively connected to the locking cavity 629. The locking arm 625 includes a U-shaped arm body 6251, a button 6252 disposed at one end of the arm body 6251, and a locking protrusion 6253 disposed at the other end of the arm body 6251 and protruding toward the button 6252. The arm body 6251 is fitted into the concave shell 6231 of the bottom shell plate 623. The button 6252 extends to the outside through the locking hole 628. The locking protrusion 6253 is movably inserted into the shell hole 62311 of the concave shell 6231, so that the locking protrusion 6253 can enter or exit the locking cavity 629. One end of the spring 626 abuts against the bottom shell plate 623, and the other end abuts against the arm body 6251.

[0060] After the locking pin 61 is inserted into the locking cavity 629 of the locking buckle 62, the position of the locking groove 611 of the locking pin 61 corresponds to the position of the shell hole 62311 of the concave shell 6231 of the bottom shell plate 623. The spring 626 pushes the locking arm 625 outward so that the locking protrusion 6253 of the locking arm 625 is held in the position protruding into the locking cavity 629. At this time, the locking protrusion 6253 extends into the locking groove 611 of the locking pin 61 to lock the locking buckle 62 onto the locking pin 61, so that the end of the top extension arm 22 is installed on the shoulder strap 13.

[0061] When the user pinches and presses the buttons 6252 of the two locking arms 625, the locking arms 625 slide relative to the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624, so that the locking protrusion 6253 exits the locking groove 611 of the locking post 61. At the same time, the spring 626 is compressed and deformed to accumulate elastic potential energy. At this time, when the latch part 62 disengages from the locking post 61, the end of the top extension arm 22 is detached from the shoulder strap 13. After the user releases the fingers pinching the buttons 6252 of the two locking arms 625, the spring 626 pushes the locking arms 625 outward in the process of returning to the initial state, so that the locking arms 625 reset.

[0062] Preferably, the assembly plate 622 has a latching protrusion 6221, and the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624 each have a latching groove 6232. After the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624 are installed together, a portion of the latching protrusion 6221 of the assembly plate 622 engages with the latching groove 6232 of the bottom shell plate 623, and another portion engages with the latching groove 6232 of the top cover plate 624, thus one side of the assembly plate 622 is clamped between the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624. It is worth mentioning that the installation method of the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624 in the infant waist stool of this utility model is not limited. For example, screws can be used to install the bottom shell plate 623 and the top cover plate 624.

[0063] More preferably, the bottom shell plate 623 has a first protrusion 6233, and the arm body 6251 of the locking arm 625 has a second protrusion 62511. The first protrusion 6233 of the bottom shell plate 623 and the second protrusion 62511 of the arm body 625 are respectively inserted into the opposite sides of the spring 626 to prevent the spring 626 from detaching from the bottom shell plate 623 and the arm body 6251, so that the opposite ends of the spring 626 abut against the bottom shell plate 623 and the arm body 6251 respectively.

[0064] Further, see attached document.
