A trenchless flexible pipe repair apparatus adaptable to a bend configuration

Abstract

The application provides a trenchless flexible pipe repairing device which can adapt to a bend structure. When the flexible pipe needs to pass along the original bend or turning path of the pipe to be repaired, the whole flexible pipe is bent. The bending of the flexible pipe will drive the connecting ring to change the spatial position synchronously. The movable ring is arranged in the connecting ring in a partially embedded manner and can relatively displace or rotate on the inner side of the connecting ring, so that the included angle between the movable ring and the connecting ring is automatically adjusted according to the bending direction and the bending degree of the flexible pipe. By arranging the bending assembly composed of the movable ring and the connecting ring in the flexible pipe, the deformation of the flexible pipe when bending is no longer dependent on the softness of the material itself, but the relative movement of the bending assembly is used to guide the hollow channel to form a more smooth bending shape. The movable ring can freely adjust the angle in the connecting ring, so that the bending process is dispersed to multiple positions, and the folding point is avoided to be generated at a single position.
