Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of concrete prefabricated components, and provides a subway full-prefabricated assembly station prefabricated component mold opening and closing device, which comprises a suspension beam horizontally arranged between two side walls, a pair of lifting arms arranged below the suspension beam, the upper ends of the two lifting arms being hooked on the suspension beam and horizontally displaced along the length direction of the suspension beam, the lower ends of the two lifting arms being respectively connected to the top of two mold side molds, lock rods being horizontally arranged in front of and behind the suspension beam, the two ends of the lock rods being respectively buckled on the top of the two mold side molds to fix the mold closing distance of the two mold side molds through the lock rods, and a side support arm being arranged directly below the suspension beam and between the mold side mold and the side wall. According to the combination of different support modes and the common action, the stable support of the mold side mold is ensured, the risk of mold expansion of the mold side mold during pouring of concrete is avoided, and the forming quality of the prefabricated component is ensured.
