Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the field of massage device technology, and in particular to a massage wave bar. Background Technology
[0002] Massage devices simulate various human massage techniques to massage specific parts of the body, and are commonly used in electronic toys, medical devices, or other massage equipment fields. Existing massage devices massage specific parts of the body through reciprocating stretching, rotating, or pressing motions. Currently, one such massage device is publicly available in the industry; see [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 11 It includes a handle, a drive unit disposed within the handle, and a reciprocating motion structure, which includes a main shaft 100, a guide shaft 200, a moving ball 300, and a suspension support structure. Multiple inclined, closed-loop track grooves 101 are spaced at intervals along the axial direction of the main shaft 100 on its circumferential wall. The guide shaft 200 is arranged parallel to the main shaft 100 on one side. The moving ball 300 is sleeved on the guide shaft 200 and slides or rolls in contact with the track grooves 101. When the main shaft 100 is driven to rotate by a drive unit, the moving ball 300 moves along the guide shaft 200. The reciprocating motion structure reciprocates along the axis of shaft 200. The suspended support structure is slidably disposed between the actuating bead 300 and the guide shaft 200. The suspended support structure applies an elastic force to the guide shaft 200, allowing the actuating bead 300 to remain suspended on the circumferential wall of the guide shaft 200. The main shaft 100 of the reciprocating motion structure is connected to the driving end of the driving component. The massage device also includes a housing and a flexible outer sleeve. The housing is connected to the handle, and the reciprocating motion structure is disposed within the housing. The housing has an opening for exposing the actuating bead 300 of the reciprocating motion structure. The flexible outer sleeve covers the housing and contacts the actuating bead 300. The actuating bead experiences sliding or rolling friction with the track groove. Compared to the prior art where the entire moving part slides against the silicone, the friction area between the actuating bead and the silicone in this structure is reduced, thereby reducing friction, reducing heat generated by friction, and thus improving the service life of the silicone.
[0003] However, in the above product structure, the installation of the actuating ball and the guide shaft requires space, and the two also need to be assembled with the main shaft and the track ring groove on it. Therefore, the assembly requirements of the structure are more complicated. In addition, since the actuating ball only moves up and down linearly along the main shaft under the action of the track ring groove, the massage effect is generally poor and the user experience is not good. Utility Model Content
[0004] The present invention aims to solve the technical problems existing in the prior art and provide a massage wave bar that simplifies the assembly requirements of the internal structure of the massage device while ensuring that the friction between the moving parts and the flexible outer shell is small, and produces a peristaltic massage effect, thereby improving the user experience.
[0005] To solve the above-mentioned technical problems, this utility model provides the following technical solution:
[0006] The present invention discloses a massage wave bar, comprising a rotatable column, the column comprising multiple segments, each segment having a spiral convex ridge or a spiral groove segment, and multiple arc-shaped grooves spaced apart on the spiral convex ridge or spiral groove segment along the winding direction. The multiple segments are arranged along the axial direction of the column. When adjacent segments are joined, the spiral convex ridge segments on all segments are spliced to form a spiral convex ridge extending along the length direction on the side wall of the column, or the spiral groove segments on all segments are spliced to form a spiral groove extending along the length direction on the side wall of the column. When adjacent segments are joined, the arc-shaped grooves on adjacent segments are joined to form a perforated receiving groove. A massage bead is disposed in each perforated receiving groove, the opening diameter of the perforated receiving groove being smaller than the diameter of the massage bead, so that a portion of the massage bead protrudes from the opening of the perforated receiving groove.
[0007] Furthermore, one end of the joint is an assembly groove, and the other end is a column joint. When adjacent joints are joined, the column joint of one joint is inserted into the assembly groove of the other joint.
[0008] Furthermore, the massage wave bar also includes a stirring shaft, one end of which is connected to a drive assembly that drives its rotation. The column formed by the plurality of joints is sleeved on the stirring shaft, and a positioning structure is provided on the side wall of the stirring shaft and between the corresponding joints to allow the joints to rotate with the stirring shaft.
[0009] Furthermore, a massage head is provided on the free end of the stirring shaft, and the massage head is set at an angle to the column.
[0010] Furthermore, the agitation shaft includes a first rod section connected to the drive assembly and a second rod section connected to the first rod section. The first rod section and the second rod section are arranged at an angle. The column is sleeved on the first rod section, and the massage head is sleeved on the second rod section.
[0011] Another type of massage wave bar according to this utility model includes a rotary telescopic drive assembly and a stirring shaft connected to the rotary telescopic drive assembly. The feature is that: a column is sleeved on the stirring shaft, and a spiral protrusion or spiral groove is provided on the side wall of the column extending along its axial direction. Multiple massage beads are provided at intervals on the spiral protrusion or spiral groove along its winding direction, and some of the massage beads protrude from the surface of the column.
[0012] Furthermore, the rotary telescopic drive assembly includes a nut assembly and a screw that cooperates with and is rotatable. The screw is connected to the agitator shaft. By rotating the screw, the screw reciprocates relative to the nut assembly, thereby driving the agitator shaft and the column to reciprocate.
[0013] Furthermore, the external thread on the screw is a double helical groove, and part of the nut assembly is located in the double helical groove. When the screw rotates, the nut assembly moves continuously in the double helical groove, causing the screw to rise and fall.
[0014] Furthermore, the column includes multiple segments, each segment having a spiral ridge or a spiral groove. Multiple arc-shaped grooves are spaced apart on the spiral ridge or spiral groove along the winding direction. The multiple segments are arranged axially along the column. When adjacent segments are joined, the spiral ridges on all segments are spliced to form a spiral ridge extending along the length of the column's sidewall, or the spiral grooves on all segments are spliced to form a spiral groove extending along the length of the column's sidewall. After adjacent segments are joined, the arc-shaped grooves on adjacent segments are joined to form a perforated receiving groove for accommodating the massage beads. The opening diameter of the perforated receiving groove is smaller than the diameter of the massage beads, so that a portion of the massage beads protrudes from the opening of the perforated receiving groove.
[0015] Furthermore, one end of the joint is an assembly groove, and the other end is a column joint. When adjacent joints are joined, the column joint of one joint is inserted into the assembly groove of the other joint.
[0016] Alternatively, a positioning structure is provided on the side wall of the agitator shaft between it and the joint to allow the joint to rotate with the agitator shaft.
[0017] The massage wave bar described in this utility model typically has a flexible outer sleeve during use. Because the massage beads are spirally arranged along the length of the column, the surface of the flexible sleeve exhibits a peristaltic dynamic state. When the flexible sleeve contacts the massage area, the peristaltic motion on its surface directly acts on the massage area, creating a peristaltic massage effect and enhancing the user experience. Since the massage beads are directly mounted on the column, they do not occupy internal space in the massage device. Furthermore, the massage beads are directly connected to the column and move with it, simplifying the connection structure. In addition, when the flexible sleeve covers the column, the contact area between the column and the flexible sleeve is significantly reduced through the contact between the massage beads and the flexible sleeve. This significantly reduces the friction generated when the massage beads move relative to the flexible sleeve, thereby reducing heat generated by friction and effectively extending the service life of the flexible sleeve and drive components.
[0018] In one structure of the massage wave wand, the column is divided into multiple segments along the axial direction, and an arc-shaped groove is provided on each segment. This structure allows massage beads to be installed in the arc-shaped grooves first, and then adjacent segments are joined together. After the adjacent segments are joined, the hole-shaped receiving groove formed by the adjacent arc-shaped grooves confines the massage beads within, preventing them from detaching. This simplifies the assembly process, improves assembly efficiency, and simplifies the connection structure for securely attaching the massage beads to the column. In another structure of the massage wave wand, by rotating the telescopic component, the agitator shaft, and the column, the massage wave wand can simultaneously achieve multiple massage functions, including telescopic massage, agitation massage, and peristaltic massage, resulting in a better massage effect and a superior user experience. [0030] To facilitate understanding of this utility model, a more comprehensive description will be given below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0031] It should be noted that when a component is considered to be "connected" to another component, it can be directly connected to and integrated with the other component, or there may be an intervening component present. The terms "mounted," "one end," "the other end," and similar expressions used in this document are for illustrative purposes only.
[0032] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. The terminology used in this specification is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and / or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
[0033] This utility model specifically provides two embodiments of a massage wave bar, as follows:
[0034] Example 1
[0035] See Figure 1-4A massage wave bar includes a rotatable column 1, which includes multiple segments 2. Each segment 2 is provided with a spiral protrusion segment 3 or a spiral groove segment. Multiple arc-shaped grooves 4 are spaced apart on the spiral protrusion segment 3 or the spiral groove segment along the winding direction. The multiple segments 2 are arranged along the axial direction of the column 1. When adjacent segments 2 are joined together, the spiral protrusion segments 3 on all segments 2 are spliced to form a spiral protrusion extending along the length direction on the side wall of the column 1, or the spiral groove segments on all segments 2 are spliced to form a spiral groove extending along the length direction on the side wall of the column 1. When adjacent segments 2 are joined together, the arc-shaped grooves 4 on adjacent segments 2 are joined together to form a perforated receiving groove. A massage bead 5 is provided in each perforated receiving groove. The opening diameter of the perforated receiving groove is smaller than the diameter of the massage bead 5, so that part of the massage bead 5 protrudes from the opening of the perforated receiving groove. Specifically, the massage beads 5 can be fixedly connected to the perforated receiving groove, or they can be rotatably placed in the perforated receiving groove. In this case, when the flexible outer sleeve 6 covers the column 1, the massage beads 5 slide relative to the flexible outer sleeve 6 as the spiral protrusions or spiral grooves rotate, generating sliding friction between them. Since the contact area between the massage beads 5 and the flexible outer sleeve 6 is small, the friction between them can be significantly reduced. Alternatively, the massage beads 5 can be rotatably connected to the spiral protrusions or spiral grooves. In this case, when the flexible outer sleeve 6 covers the column 1, the massage beads 5 rotate as the spiral protrusions or spiral grooves rotate. Since they can rotate themselves, the friction generated between them and the flexible outer sleeve 6 is rolling friction, resulting in even less friction and extending the service life of the drive component and the flexible outer sleeve 6. Regardless of whether the massage beads 5 are connected to the spiral grooves or spiral protrusions, they must have a portion protruding from the surface of the column 1 to ensure they can abut against the flexible outer sleeve 6 in order to achieve the peristaltic massage effect.
[0036] In the above structure of the massage wave bar, the column 1 is divided into multiple segments 2 along the axial direction, and an arc groove 4 is provided on each segment 2. Through this structure, massage beads 5 can be installed in the arc groove 4 first, and then adjacent segments 2 can be connected. After the adjacent segments 2 are connected, the hole-shaped receiving groove formed by the adjacent arc groove 4 will restrict the massage beads 5 within it, preventing the massage beads 5 from falling off. This simplifies the assembly process, improves assembly efficiency, and simplifies the connection structure of the massage beads 5 to the column 1.
[0037] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 3-4 One end of the joint 2 is an assembly groove 7, and the other end is a column 8. When adjacent joints 2 are joined, the column 8 of one joint 2 is inserted into the assembly groove 7 of the other joint 2. This structure enables adjacent joints 2 to be joined quickly, further improving assembly efficiency.
[0038] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 2The massage wave bar also includes a stirring shaft, one end of which is connected to a drive assembly that rotates it. A column 1 formed by multiple joints 2 is fitted onto the stirring shaft. A positioning structure is provided on the side wall of the stirring shaft between the column and the corresponding joint 2, allowing the joint 2 to rotate with the stirring shaft. That is, the positioning structure keeps the joint 2 stationary at the current position of the stirring shaft, so that subsequent rotation of the stirring shaft can drive the joint 2 to rotate. For details, see [link to details]. Figure 5 The positioning structure includes a keyway 9 disposed in a through hole in joint 2 and a protrusion disposed on the agitator shaft. When joint 2 is assembled in place, the protrusion on the agitator shaft inserts into the keyway 9 in the through hole of joint 2, thereby restricting joint 2 to the current position of the agitator shaft, preventing relative movement between joint 2 and the agitator shaft in the circumferential direction, and ensuring that the agitator shaft can drive joint 2 to rotate together. See also... Figure 2 Limiting baffles 10 are provided at both ends of the column 1. The limiting baffles 10 at both ends of the column 1 further restrict the joint 2 to the current installation position, so as to prevent the joint 2 from moving axially on the stirring shaft.
[0039] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 2 A massage head 11 is provided on the free end of the agitator shaft, and the massage head 11 is set at an angle to the column body 1. Because the axial direction of the massage head 11 is at an angle to the axial direction of the column body 1, the massage head 11 rotates with the agitator shaft, causing the flexible outer sleeve 6 to swing, thereby achieving a swinging massage on the massaged area and enhancing the massage experience. Of course, the massage head 11 can be a vibration motor, which can also achieve vibration massage during the swinging process. The angle α between the axial direction of the massage head 11 and the axial direction of the column body 1 is 105° to 170°, such as 105°, 110°, 115°, 120°, 125°, 130°, 135°, 140°, 145°, 150°, 155°, 160°, 165°, or 170°, etc. The swinging and pressing massage experience of the massage head 11 within this angle range is better.
[0040] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 2The agitator shaft includes a first rod 12 connected to the drive assembly and a second rod 13 connected to the first rod 12. The first rod 12 and the second rod 13 are set at an angle. The column 1 is sleeved on the first rod 12, and the massage head 11 is sleeved on the second rod 13, thus achieving an angled arrangement between the massage head 11 and the column 1. Specifically, the length of the first rod 12 is longer than the length of the second rod 13, with a length ratio of 10:1. That is, when the length of the first rod 12 is 10cm, the length of the second rod 13 is 1cm. Through the combination of the angle and length of the first rod 12 and the second rod 13, it can be ensured that after the second rod 13 is bent and connected to the flexible jacket 6, the head of the flexible jacket 6 will not protrude too much in the lateral direction, thus affecting the user experience and the aesthetic appearance of the product.
[0041] In this embodiment, see Figure 1 The massage wave bar also includes a vibrating element 51, which is spaced apart on one side of the column 1. An extension sleeve 14 is provided on the side wall of the flexible outer sleeve 6, which covers the vibrating element 51. The vibration of the vibrating element 51 is used to perform vibration massage to relax the massage area and further enhance the experience.
[0042] In this embodiment, see Figure 6The drive assembly includes a drive mechanism 15. The output shaft of the drive mechanism 15 is connected to a first gear 16. The first gear 16 meshes with a second gear 17. The second gear 17 rotates coaxially with a third gear 18. The third gear 18 meshes with a fourth gear 19. The fourth gear 19 rotates coaxially with a fifth gear 20. The fifth gear 20 meshes with a sixth gear 21. The sixth gear 21 rotates coaxially with the second gear 17, the third gear 18, and the seventh gear 22. The seventh gear 22 meshes with an eighth gear 23. The eighth gear 23 is connected to a column 1. The drive mechanism 15 drives the first gear 16 to rotate. Gear 16 drives gear 17 to rotate, which in turn drives gears 18, 21, and 22 (coaxially connected) to rotate. Simultaneously, gear 18 drives gear 19, which in turn drives gear 20. Since gear 20 rotates coaxially with gear 19 and meshes with gear 21, it rotates under the combined action of gears 19 and 21. Gear 21 drives gear 22, which in turn drives gear 23, which in turn drives gear 1 to rotate. Through the combined action of gears 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, the speed ratio and torque ratio between the input and output shafts are changed, thus achieving the function of a speed reducer. This results in reduced speed, increased torque, motor protection, cost savings, and reduced load inertia.
[0043] In this embodiment, the pitch of the spiral ridge or spiral groove can be set according to the desired density of the peristaltic effect. For example, when a denser peristaltic massage effect is needed, the pitch can be reduced to allow the spiral ridge or spiral groove to make more turns, thus allowing more massage beads 5 to be set on the spiral ridge or spiral groove. As the spiral ridge or spiral groove rotates, the massage beads 5 exhibit a denser peristaltic effect along the axial direction on the flexible outer jacket 6 (which can be made of silicone). When a sparser peristaltic massage effect is needed, the pitch can be increased to reduce the number of turns of the spiral ridge or spiral groove, thus reducing the number of massage beads 5. As the massage beads 5 rotate with the spiral ridge or spiral groove, they exhibit a sparser peristaltic effect along the axial direction on the flexible outer jacket 6. This utility model preferably uses the case where the massage beads 5 are set on the spiral ridge, which simplifies the connection method and reduces the assembly difficulty of the massage beads 5 and the column 1. The so-called peristaltic effect can also be understood as the massage beads 5 exhibiting a wave-like undulating state on the flexible outer jacket 6 during the rotation of the column 1.
[0044] Example 2
[0045] This embodiment provides another specific implementation of a massage wave bar, see [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 7 and 8 The device includes a rotary telescopic drive assembly and a stirring shaft connected to the rotary telescopic drive assembly. A column 1 is sleeved on the stirring shaft. The side wall of the column 1 is provided with a spiral protrusion or spiral groove extending along its axial direction. Multiple massage beads 5 are spaced apart on the spiral protrusion or spiral groove along its winding direction. That is, the multiple massage beads 5 are spaced apart along the spiral trajectory of the spiral protrusion or spiral groove, which can also be understood as forming a spiral winding state along the length direction of the column 1. Part of the massage beads 5 protrudes from the surface of the column 1. In this embodiment, a flexible outer sleeve 6 is also included, which wraps the rotary telescopic drive assembly, the stirring shaft, and the column 1 inside. At this time, the part of the massage beads 5 protruding from the surface of the column 1 abuts against the flexible outer sleeve 6. In this embodiment, the rotary telescopic drive assembly, the stirring shaft, and the column 1 can enable the massage wave bar to simultaneously achieve multiple massage functions such as telescopic massage, stirring massage, and peristaltic massage, resulting in better massage effect and user experience.
[0046] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 8 The massage wave bar also includes a detachable outer shell 24 and a fixed outer shell 25, which, when joined together, form a mounting cavity to accommodate a rotary telescopic drive assembly. The rotary telescopic drive assembly includes a nut assembly and a rotatable screw 26 that engages with the nut assembly. The screw 26 is connected to the agitator shaft. Rotation of the screw 26 causes it to reciprocate relative to the nut assembly, thereby driving the agitator shaft and the column 1 to reciprocate. In this invention, the engagement of the nut assembly and the screw 26 significantly reduces space occupancy and achieves high transmission efficiency. Furthermore, by directly engaging the screw 26 with the nut assembly, the screw 26 can be raised and lowered along its length, effectively avoiding the problem of asymmetrical force during the upward and downward strokes of a crank-connecting rod reciprocating mechanism.
[0047] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 8The external thread on the screw 26 is a double helical groove 27. A portion of the nut assembly is located within the double helical groove 27, and as the screw 26 rotates, the nut assembly moves continuously within the double helical groove 27, causing the screw 26 to rise and fall. The double helical groove 27 includes an ascending groove that drives the nut assembly upwards and a descending groove that drives the nut assembly downwards. The ascending and descending grooves have different rotation directions; one can be understood as left-handed and the other as right-handed, and they intersect. The top of the ascending groove is connected to the top of the descending groove, and the bottom of the ascending groove is connected to the bottom of the descending groove, facilitating the nut assembly to enter the descending groove from the ascending groove or vice versa. This ensures that the screw 26 can effectively achieve reciprocating motion when rotating in one direction. Additionally, the massage wave bar also includes a battery / power supply, a rotary motor 28, and a controller 29. The nut assembly is fixed in a mounting cavity formed by a detachable housing 24 and a fixed housing 25. Since the nut assembly is stationary, when the screw 26 rotates, the screw 26 reciprocates relative to the stationary nut assembly, thus enabling the screw 26 to maintain both vertical movement and rotation. The screw 26 and the nut assembly work together to achieve reciprocating motion and rotation of the screw 26, thereby causing the stirring shaft to drive the column 1 and the massage head 11 to rotate and reciprocate. The peristaltic massage assembly can increase the massage area through reciprocating motion and rotation, making the massage area larger and the massage effect better.
[0048] In this embodiment, see Figure 8 The nut assembly includes an inner sleeve 30, a guide pin 31, a top cover 32, and an annular base 33. The inner sleeve 30 is connected to the annular base 33 by fasteners, and the annular base 33 is fixed in the mounting cavity formed by the removable outer shell 24 and the fixed outer shell 25 to prevent the nut assembly from moving. Grooves are provided on the top of the inner sleeve 30 and the bottom of the top cover 32. When the top cover 32 is placed on the top of the inner sleeve 30, the grooves of the two parts align to form a clamping hole 35 for clamping the connecting post 34 of the guide pin 31, thus preventing the guide pin 31 from moving in the mounting cavity. The inner sleeve 30 surrounds the outer periphery of the screw 26 and is connected to the removable outer shell 24 and the fixed outer shell 25. Within the mounting cavity formed by the outer casing 24 and the fixed outer casing 25, one end of the guide pin 31 is connected to the inner sleeve 30, and the other end extends into the double helical groove 27 on the screw 26. The guide pin 31 includes a connecting post 34, which extends into and is clamped in the clamping hole 35 formed by the mating of the inner sleeve 30 and the upper cover 32. The guide pin 31 also includes an arc-shaped portion 36 connected to the connecting post 34. The curvature of the arc-shaped portion 36 is adapted to the screw 26 so that when the arc-shaped portion 36 extends into the double helical groove 27 of the screw 26, it can fit as close as possible to the groove wall of the double helical groove 27, ensuring that the cooperation between the guide pin 31 and the screw 26 enables the screw 26 to rotate and move smoothly. See [link to documentation]. Figure 8 and Figure 9 .
[0049] In this embodiment, see Figure 8 and 9 The rotary telescopic drive assembly also includes a support component, which includes an outer sleeve 37. The outer sleeve 37 surrounds the inner sleeve 30 and moves up and down with the screw 26. A detection device 38 for detecting the displacement of the lifting stroke of the outer sleeve 37 is provided between the outer sleeve 37 and the inner sleeve 30. The detection device 38 can be a limit switch, etc. Specifically, the top section of the inner through hole of the outer sleeve 37 is provided with a connecting part 39 that is rotatably connected to the agitator shaft on the screw 26. The agitator shaft passes through the connecting part 39 on the outer sleeve 37 and is rotatably connected to the outer sleeve 37 relative to each other through the first rolling bearing 40. This allows the outer sleeve 37 to not rotate with the agitator shaft, while still allowing the outer sleeve 37 to move up and down under the action of the screw 26. By providing the detection device 38 between the outer sleeve 37 and the inner sleeve 30, the displacement of the lifting stroke of the outer sleeve 37 can be detected and fed back to the control board to prevent the screw 26 from rising too far and disengaging from the drive shaft 41 on the rotary motor 28, and also to prevent the screw 26 from falling too far and being squeezed and damaged by the annular base 33.
[0050] In this embodiment, see Figure 7-10 The rotary telescopic drive assembly also includes a drive shaft 41. A transmission structure is provided between the rotary motor 28 and the drive shaft 41. The transmission structure includes a ninth gear 42 connected to the output shaft of the rotary motor 28, a tenth gear 43 meshing with the ninth gear 42, an eleventh gear 44 rotating coaxially with the tenth gear 43, a twelfth gear 45 meshing with the eleventh gear 44, a thirteenth gear 46 rotating coaxially with the twelfth gear 45, and a fourteenth gear 47 meshing with the thirteenth gear 46. The fourteenth gear 47 is connected to the drive shaft 41. Through the transmission structure, the drive shaft 41 is rotated under the drive of the rotary motor 28. A support housing 48 is provided on the top of the rotary motor 28, and the transmission structure is set in the support housing 48. The top of the support housing 48 is also provided with a protruding post 49 protruding towards the screw 26. One end of the transmission shaft 41 passes through the protruding post 49 and extends into the inner cavity of the torque receiving structure 50. The protruding post 49 provides radial support for the transmission shaft 41, preventing the transmission shaft 41 from shaking when rotating at high speed.
[0051] In this embodiment, the massage bead 5 can be fixedly connected to the perforated receiving groove or rotatably placed in the perforated receiving groove. In this case, when the flexible outer sleeve 6 covers the column 1, the massage bead 5 slides relative to the flexible outer sleeve 6 as the spiral protrusion or spiral groove rotates, generating sliding friction between them. Since the contact area between the massage bead 5 and the flexible outer sleeve 6 is small, the friction between them can be greatly reduced. Alternatively, the massage bead 5 can be rotatably connected to the spiral protrusion or spiral groove. In this case, when the flexible outer sleeve 6 covers the column 1, the massage bead 5 rotates as the spiral protrusion or spiral groove rotates. Since it can rotate on its own, the friction generated between it and the flexible outer sleeve 6 is rolling friction, and the friction between them is even smaller, which is more conducive to extending the service life of the drive component and the flexible outer sleeve 6. Regardless of whether the massage bead 5 is connected to the spiral groove or the spiral protrusion, it must have a portion protruding from the surface of the column 1 to ensure that it can abut against the flexible outer sleeve 6 in order to achieve the peristaltic massage effect.
[0052] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 3-4 The column 1 includes multiple segments 2, each segment 2 having a spiral protrusion segment 3 or a spiral groove segment. Multiple arc-shaped grooves 4 are spaced apart on the spiral protrusion segment 3 or the spiral groove segment along the winding direction. The multiple segments 2 are arranged along the axial direction of the column 1. When adjacent segments 2 are joined, the spiral protrusion segments 3 on all segments 2 are spliced to form a spiral protrusion extending along the length direction on the side wall of the column 1, or the spiral groove segments on all segments 2 are spliced to form a spiral groove extending along the length direction on the side wall of the column 1. After adjacent segments 2 are joined, the arc-shaped grooves 4 on adjacent segments 2 are joined to form a perforated receiving groove for accommodating the massage beads 5. The opening diameter of the perforated receiving groove is smaller than the diameter of the massage beads 5, so that part of the massage beads 5 protrudes from the opening of the perforated receiving groove. The column 1 is divided into multiple segments 2 along the axial direction, and an arc-shaped groove 4 is provided on each segment 2. With this structure, massage beads 5 can be installed in the arc-shaped groove 4 first, and then adjacent segments 2 can be connected. After the adjacent segments 2 are connected, the hole-shaped receiving groove formed by the adjacent arc-shaped groove 4 will restrict the massage beads 5 within it, preventing the massage beads 5 from falling off. This makes the assembly process simpler and improves the assembly efficiency. At the same time, it simplifies the connection structure of the massage beads 5 to the column 1.
[0053] In the preferred embodiment, see Figure 3-4 One end of the joint 2 is an assembly groove 7, and the other end is a column 8. When adjacent joints 2 are joined, the column 8 of one joint 2 is inserted into the assembly groove 7 of the other joint 2. This structure enables adjacent joints 2 to be joined quickly, further improving assembly efficiency.
[0054] In a preferred embodiment, a positioning structure is provided on the side wall of the agitator shaft between it and the joint 2, allowing the joint 2 to rotate with the agitator shaft. That is, the positioning structure keeps the joint 2 stationary at the current position of the agitator shaft, so that subsequent rotation of the agitator shaft can drive the joint 2 to rotate. For details, see [link to documentation]. See also... Figure 8 Limiting baffles 10 are provided at both ends of the column 1. The limiting baffles 10 at both ends of the column 1 further restrict the joint 2 to the current installation position, so as to prevent the joint 2 from moving axially on the stirring shaft.
[0055] It should be noted that the remaining structures in this embodiment are the same as those in Embodiment 1.
[0056] In the massage wave bar described in Embodiments 1 and 2 above, a flexible outer sleeve 6 is typically wrapped around the outside during use. Because the massage beads 5 are spirally wound along the length of the column 1, the surface of the flexible outer sleeve 6 can form a peristaltic dynamic state. When the flexible outer sleeve 6 contacts the massage area, the peristaltic motion on its surface directly acts on the massage area, creating a peristaltic massage effect and improving the user experience. Since the massage beads 5 are directly mounted on the column 1, they do not occupy internal space of the massage device. Furthermore, the massage beads 5 are directly connected to the column 1 and move with it, resulting in a simpler connection structure. In addition, when the flexible outer sleeve 6 covers the column 1, the contact area between the column 1 and the flexible outer sleeve 6 is significantly reduced through the contact between the massage beads 5 and the flexible outer sleeve 6. This significantly reduces the friction generated when the massage beads 5 move relative to the flexible outer sleeve 6, thereby reducing the heat generated by friction and effectively extending the service life of the flexible outer sleeve 6 and the drive components.
