Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the field of forestry pest control, and more specifically, to a forestry pest trapping and control device. Background Technology
[0002] In the field of physical control of forest pests, lures have become the core functional component of trapping devices due to their strong targeting and environmentally friendly and pollution-free characteristics. However, existing trapping devices have some shortcomings in the use of multiple lures. Most traditional devices only carry a single lure, which cannot meet the control needs of multiple pests coexisting in forest areas. If multiple trapping devices of different types are deployed in the same area, it will not only significantly increase the purchase and deployment costs, but also occupy too much forest space. A few devices that have the ability to install multiple lures lack an effective independent isolation structure. Multiple lures are exposed in the same space at the same time, and the pheromones released mix and interfere with each other, which seriously reduces the accuracy of attracting target pests. Moreover, lure switching requires the complete disassembly of the device shell, which is cumbersome and easily damages the components. At the same time, there is no special anti-intrusion structure, and pests can easily enter the lure storage area and cause pollution, further affecting the trapping effect.
[0003] How to invent a forest pest trapping and control device to improve these problems has become an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art. Utility Model Content
[0004] To overcome the above shortcomings, this utility model provides a forest pest trapping and control device, which aims to improve the problems of traditional trapping devices, such as the inability of a single lure core to deal with multiple pests, the high cost and space required for multiple units, the lack of independent isolation structure in some multi-lure core devices leading to pheromone crosstalk, the cumbersome and easily damaged operation of lure core switching requiring disassembly, and the lack of an anti-intrusion structure that easily contaminates the lure core.
[0005] This utility model is implemented as follows: A forest pest trapping and control device includes a trapping main chamber, a multi-lubricant core isolation and containment chamber integrally provided on one side of the trapping main chamber, the trapping main chamber and the multi-lubricant core isolation and containment chamber are internally connected, a multi-lubricant core supporting structure is rotatably provided inside the multi-lubricant core isolation and containment chamber, the multi-lubricant core supporting structure includes multiple independent lubricant core units, a path guiding adhesion structure is detachably installed inside the trapping main chamber, a collection part is connected to the bottom of the trapping main chamber, and several induction holes are opened on one side of the outer wall of the trapping main chamber.
[0006] In a preferred embodiment of this utility model, an anti-intrusion filter is provided at the connection between the trapping main chamber and the multi-lure core isolation and containment chamber. The anti-intrusion filter is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the trapping main chamber and protrudes into the trapping main chamber. Each path guiding adhesion structure includes a path guiding half-shell. Each path guiding half-shell is a semi-cylindrical structure. The outer diameter of the path guiding half-shell is consistent with the inner diameter of the trapping main chamber. A card interface corresponding to the anti-intrusion filter structure is opened on one side of the path guiding half-shell, and several intrusion through holes are opened on the outer wall of the other side of the path guiding half-shell.
[0007] In a preferred embodiment of this utility model, a second partition is integrally formed between the inner walls of the path guiding half-shell. The second partition separates each induction through hole into a corresponding independent path space, and a plurality of trapping and adhesive plates are installed between the inner walls on both sides of each independent path space.
[0008] In a preferred embodiment of this utility model, several trapping and adhesive plates are arranged in a relatively opposite and staggered manner within each independent path space.
[0009] In a preferred embodiment of this utility model, the multi-decoy carrier structure includes two carrier turntables arranged parallel to each other vertically. The two carrier turntables are coaxially arranged with the multi-decoy isolation and containment chamber. The two carrier turntables are respectively fixedly sleeved at both ends of a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is rotatably installed between the top and bottom inner walls of the multi-decoy isolation and containment chamber. A plurality of first partitions are arranged in a ring evenly distributed between the opposite surfaces of the two carrier turntables. An independent space is formed between two adjacent first partitions. Decoy insertion seats are provided on the top and bottom inner walls of each independent space. A slow-release decoy is inserted between two corresponding decoy insertion seats.
[0010] In a preferred embodiment of this utility model, both ends of the first partition extend to the outside of the multi-decoy isolation containment chamber and are each provided with an adjustment knob. The adjustment knob is located on one side of the outer wall of the multi-decoy isolation containment chamber and has several decoy markings that correspond one-to-one with the slow-release decoys.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment of this utility model, each of the adjustment knobs has a plurality of annularly distributed snap-fit grooves on the side of the multi-core isolation containment chamber facing the outer wall. Each snap-fit groove is embedded with a corresponding snap-fit protrusion. The plurality of snap-fit protrusions are annularly distributed on the top and bottom surfaces of the multi-core isolation containment chamber.
[0012] In a preferred embodiment of this utility model, the top of the trapping main chamber is provided with an opening, and a top cover is detachably connected to the opening. Several mounting brackets are stacked on the outer walls of both sides of the trapping main chamber and are evenly distributed along their height. Each mounting bracket is provided with a through groove.
[0013] The beneficial effects of this utility model are as follows: The forest pest trapping and control device obtained through the above design utilizes a multi-lure core carrying structure containing multiple independent lure core units within a multi-lure core isolation and containment chamber. This allows for the centralized storage and independent isolation of multiple sets of different lures, solving the problems of traditional single-lure core devices being unable to handle various forest pests and requiring multiple units, resulting in high costs and large space occupation. It also avoids the shortcomings of existing multi-lure core devices, such as pheromone mixing and crosstalk due to a lack of effective isolation, leading to low attraction accuracy. The device allows for convenient lure core switching without disassembling the device, avoiding the cumbersome lure core switching and easily damaged components problems of existing devices. It is adaptable to the control needs of different pests at different times in forest areas. Simultaneously, the path-guiding adhesion structure within the trapping main chamber further ensures the trapping effect. Overall, through the centralized isolation and convenient switching design of multiple lures, the device's adaptability and trapping accuracy are improved while reducing the number of devices deployed in forest areas and lowering control costs. Detailed Implementation
[0017] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of this utility model clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of this utility model will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of this utility model, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this utility model, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of this utility model.
[0018] Please see Figures 1 to 5 This utility model provides a technical solution: a forest pest trapping and control device, including a trapping main chamber 1, a multi-lubricant core isolation and containment chamber 2 integrally arranged on one side of the trapping main chamber 1, the trapping main chamber 1 and the multi-lubricant core isolation and containment chamber 2 are internally connected, the multi-lubricant core isolation and containment chamber 2 is rotatably arranged with a multi-lubricant core support structure, the multi-lubricant core support structure includes multiple independent lubricant core units, a path guiding adhesion structure 4 is detachably installed inside the trapping main chamber 1, a collection part 3 is connected to the bottom end of the trapping main chamber 1, and a plurality of induction holes 103 are opened on the outer wall of one side of the trapping main chamber 1.
[0019] The trapping chamber 1 is a cylindrical-conical structure with an open top and a narrowing bottom. One side of it is integrally injection molded with the multi-lure core isolation chamber 2. The connecting area between the two chambers is located in the upper middle part of the trapping chamber 1, ensuring stable pheromone transmission. The multi-lure core isolation chamber 2 is a cylindrical structure, with its internal multi-lure core supporting structure located in the central area of the chamber, capable of supporting at least three sets of different types of lure core components. The path-guiding adhesion structure 4 is installed inside the trapping chamber 1 using a detachable plug-in method. Its outer wall fits snugly against the inner wall of the trapping chamber 1, ensuring stability after installation. The narrowing bottom of the trapping chamber 1 connects to the collection section 3, which is a funnel-shaped structure that can collect harmful organisms sliding down from the path-guiding adhesion structure 4. Several entry holes 103 on one side of the outer wall of the trapping chamber 1 are circular, with a diameter adapted to the body size of common forestry pests, facilitating entry of organisms while ensuring air circulation for pheromone diffusion.
[0020] Please see Figures 2 to 5 An anti-intrusion filter 101 is provided at the connection between the main trapping chamber 1 and the multi-core isolation and containment chamber 2. The anti-intrusion filter 101 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the main trapping chamber 1 and protrudes into the interior of the main trapping chamber 1. Each path guiding adhesion structure 4 includes a path guiding half-shell 401. Each path guiding half-shell 401 is a semi-cylindrical structure. The outer diameter of the path guiding half-shell 401 is the same as the inner diameter of the main trapping chamber 1. A card interface 402 corresponding to the structure of the anti-intrusion filter 101 is provided on one side of the path guiding half-shell 401. Several induction through holes 403 are provided on the outer wall of the other side of the path guiding half-shell 401.
[0021] The anti-intrusion filter 101 is made of high-density nylon mesh. Its edges are connected to the inner wall of the trapping main chamber 1 by heat fusion. The filter protrudes into the trapping main chamber 1 to form an arc-shaped structure, which increases the pheromone passage area and prevents harmful organisms from entering the multi-lure core isolation containment chamber 2. The path guiding half-shell 401 is a semi-cylindrical structure. Its outer diameter is exactly the same as the inner diameter of the trapping main chamber 1. The two path guiding half-shells 401 can be spliced together to form a complete cylinder, which perfectly fills the upper and middle parts of the trapping main chamber 1. Inside the space, the card interface 402 on one side of the path guiding half shell 401 has an outline that matches the protruding arc of the anti-intrusion filter 101. The N-shaped structure formed by splicing two card interfaces 402 can be inserted into the outside of the anti-intrusion filter 101 from above, realizing the rapid positioning of the path guiding half shell 401. Several induction through holes 403 on the outer wall of the other side of the path guiding half shell 401 are positioned one by one with the induction holes 103 on the outer wall of the trapping main chamber 1, and the hole diameter is consistent with the induction hole 103, ensuring the smooth passage of organisms and airflow.
[0022] Furthermore, a second partition 404 is integrally formed between the inner walls of the path guiding half shell 401. The second partition 404 separates each induction through hole 403 into a corresponding independent path space. Several trapping adhesion plates 405 are installed between the inner walls on both sides of each independent path space.
[0023] The second partition 404 between the inner walls of the path guiding half-shell 401 is an integral structure composed of multiple plates. Its material is the same as that of the path guiding half-shell 401, which is hard weather-resistant plastic. The plates of the second partition 404 are distributed radially along the path guiding half-shell 401, dividing the interior of the path guiding half-shell 401 into independent path spaces corresponding to the number of induction through holes 403. Each independent path space has an induction through hole 403 and an opening at the bottom of the guiding half-shell 401 at its two ends, respectively. The trapping adhesive plate 405 between the inner walls on both sides of each independent path space is fixed by pasting or snapping. Its surface is covered with a high-viscosity waterproof adhesive layer, and a peelable anti-stick film is attached to the outside of the adhesive layer. It can be used by peeling off the anti-stick film.
[0024] Furthermore, within each independent path space, several trapping and adhesive plates 405 are arranged in a relative and staggered manner.
[0025] Several trapping adhesive plates 405 within each independent path space are divided into two groups and fixed to the inner wall of the path guiding half-shell 401 and the surface of the second partition 404, respectively. One group of trapping adhesive plates 405 extends from the inner wall of the path guiding half-shell 401 toward the center of the space, and the other group extends from the surface of the second partition 404 toward the center of the space. The two groups of plates are distributed in a relatively staggered manner, with a spacing of 2-3 cm between adjacent trapping adhesive plates 405, forming a tortuous and continuous guiding path. After entering the independent path space, harmful organisms will move along this tortuous path toward the source of pheromones. During the movement, they will frequently come into contact with trapping adhesive plates 405 at different locations, increasing the probability of being captured by the adhesive layer.
[0026] Furthermore, the multi-decoy carrier structure includes two carrier turntables 201 arranged parallel to each other. The two carrier turntables 201 are coaxially arranged with the multi-decoy isolation and containment chamber 2. The two carrier turntables 201 are respectively fixedly sleeved at both ends of the rotating shaft 202. The rotating shaft 202 is rotatably installed between the top and bottom inner walls of the multi-decoy isolation and containment chamber 2. Several first partitions 203 are arranged in a ring evenly distributed between the opposite surfaces of the two carrier turntables 201. An independent space is formed between two adjacent first partitions 203. Decoy insertion seats 204 are provided on the top and bottom inner walls of each independent space. A slow-release decoy 205 is inserted between two corresponding decoy insertion seats 204.
[0027] The two carrier turntables 201 are circular plate-shaped structures with a diameter consistent with the inner diameter of the multi-core isolation chamber 2. The rotating shaft 202 is a cylindrical structure with its two ends rotatably connected to the top and bottom inner walls of the multi-core isolation chamber 2 via bearings. The bearings reduce friction during rotation. Several first partitions 203 are evenly distributed radially along the carrier turntables 201. The height of the partitions is consistent with the height of the multi-core isolation chamber 2. The included angles between adjacent first partitions 203 are equal, forming independent spaces of uniform size. The core insertion seats 204 at the top and bottom of each independent space are cylindrical protrusions with a diameter that matches the bottom interface of the slow-release core 205, which can vertically fix the slow-release core 205 in the independent space to ensure the stability of the core.
[0028] Furthermore, both ends of the first partition 203 extend to the outside of the multi-decoy isolation containment chamber 2 and are equipped with adjustment knobs 206. The adjustment knobs 206 are provided with a number of decoy markings 207 corresponding to the slow-release decoys 205 on one side of the outer wall of the multi-decoy isolation containment chamber 2.
[0029] The adjustment knob 206 has a polygonal columnar structure. One end is connected to the extension end of the rotating shaft 202 by a snap-fit, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement. The other end extends to the outside of the multi-lure isolation containment chamber 2, which is convenient for operators to rotate manually. When the adjustment knob 206 is rotated, the rotating shaft 202 and the two bearing turntables 201 will rotate simultaneously, which can rotate the target slow-release lure 205 to the position aligned with the communication port of the trapping main chamber 1. At this time, the remaining slow-release lures 205 are in the independent space enclosed by the first partition 203, isolated from the external environment. The lure mark 207 on the side of the adjustment knob 206 away from the multi-lure isolation containment chamber 2 is marked in an embossed manner. The content is the abbreviation of the name of the harmful organism corresponding to the lure, which can intuitively identify the type of lure currently aligned with the communication port.
[0030] Furthermore, each adjustment knob 206 has several ring-shaped and evenly distributed snap-fit grooves on the outer wall side of the multi-core isolation containment chamber 2. Each snap-fit groove is embedded with a corresponding snap-fit protrusion 208. The snap-fit protrusions 208 are evenly distributed in a ring on the top and bottom surfaces of the multi-core isolation containment chamber 2.
[0031] The adjustment knob 206 has several locking grooves on the outer wall surface of the multi-core isolation chamber 2, which are evenly distributed in a ring. The groove depth is 2mm and the groove edges are rounded. The locking protrusions 208 on the top and bottom surfaces of the multi-core isolation chamber 2 are hemispherical structures that fit the locking grooves. The height of the protrusions is the same as the depth of the grooves. When the adjustment knob 206 is rotated to the target position, the locking protrusions 208 will be embedded in the corresponding locking grooves to form a locking positioning effect. This prevents the multi-core bearing structure from rotating on its own due to wind or vibration, ensuring that the currently used slow-release decoy 205 is always aligned with the communication port. At the same time, it provides physical feedback during the adjustment process.
[0032] Furthermore, the top of the trapping main chamber 1 is provided with an opening, and a top cover 102 is detachably connected to the opening. Several mounting brackets 104 are stacked on the outer walls of both sides of the trapping main chamber 1 and are evenly distributed along their height. Each mounting bracket 104 is provided with a through groove.
[0033] The top cover 102 at the top opening of the main trapping chamber 1 is connected to the chamber body by a snap-fit connection. The top of the top cover 102 is also equipped with an integral handle structure, which makes it easy for operators to open the top cover 102 to perform maintenance operations such as taking out and putting in the path guidance adhesion structure 4 and replacing the trapping adhesion plate 405. Several mounting brackets 104 on both sides of the outer wall of the main trapping chamber 1 are evenly distributed along the height direction of the chamber body. The brackets are arc-shaped and adapt to the curved surface of the tree trunk, so they can fit tightly against the surface of the tree trunk. Each mounting bracket 104 has a through slot, through which nylon cable ties or ropes can be threaded to firmly bind the entire device to the tree trunk, adapting to installation scenarios of tree trunks of different thicknesses.
[0034] Working principle: The operator rotates the adjustment knob 206, which drives the rotating shaft 202 and the carrier turntable 201 to rotate synchronously, switching the target slow-release lure 205 to be aligned with the connection port of the trapping main chamber 1. The positioning is achieved by the locking groove of the adjustment knob 206 and the locking protrusion 208 of the multi-lure isolation containment chamber 2. The remaining slow-release lures 205 are sealed in an independent space by the first partition 203, effectively avoiding pheromone crosstalk. The pheromone released by the target slow-release lure 205 enters the trapping main chamber 1 through the anti-intrusion filter 101. The filter ensures the flow of pheromones and prevents harmful organisms from entering the containment chamber. The pheromone then diffuses directionally through the path-guided adhesion structure 4, which is spliced together by two path-guided half-shells 401, through the independent path space separated by the second partition 404, and then is dispersed to the outside through the induction through hole 403 and the induction hole 103 of the trapping main chamber 1. After being attracted, harmful organisms enter an independent path space through the induction hole 103 and the induction through-hole 403. They then follow the tortuous path formed by the trapping adhesive plates 405, which are interspersed on the inner wall of the guide shell 401 and the surface of the second partition 404. They are either captured by the adhesive layer or slide down along the inclined angle of the adhesive plates, ultimately entering the collection section 3 at the bottom of the main trapping chamber 1 for centralized storage. The device is fixed to the tree trunk by the slotted binding of the arc-shaped mounting bracket 104. The top cover 102 is removable, facilitating maintenance of the path-guiding adhesive structure 4 and replacement of the trapping adhesive plates 405. Overall, the device achieves efficient and precise trapping and convenient management.
