Description

Technical Field

[0001] This utility model relates to the field of wearable knee physiotherapy device. Background Technology

[0002] In modern society, with the aging population and the increasing number of sports enthusiasts, the incidence of knee diseases is rising year by year, and the demand for knee physiotherapy devices is becoming increasingly urgent. Currently, common knee physiotherapy devices on the market mainly include heat therapy and massage devices. However, these traditional knee physiotherapy devices have many shortcomings and are difficult to meet the diverse physiotherapy needs of users.

[0003] From a functional perspective, traditional knee physiotherapy devices generally lack the ability to connect to low-frequency pulse devices. Low-frequency pulse therapy can stimulate muscle contraction, promote blood circulation and metabolism, and has significant effects in knee rehabilitation. However, existing physiotherapy devices cannot connect to low-frequency pulse devices, preventing users from enjoying this highly effective treatment method and limiting the improvement of physiotherapy effects.

[0004] In terms of structural design, traditional knee physiotherapy devices cannot conform well to the knee. The physiological structure of the knee is complex, with an uneven surface, while traditional devices often use simple fixation methods, such as straps or headbands. During use, these devices are difficult to fit snugly against the curvature of the knee, easily becoming loose or shifting. This not only affects the stability and continuity of the physiotherapy but may also lead to uneven pressure distribution, reducing the user experience. Furthermore, due to the poor fit, the heat and massage force generated by the physiotherapy device cannot be accurately applied to the affected area of the knee, thus weakening the therapeutic effect.

[0005] In conclusion, existing knee physiotherapy devices suffer from functional and structural deficiencies that fail to meet people's demands for efficient, comfortable, and convenient knee physiotherapy. Therefore, developing a novel knee physiotherapy device that can connect to a low-frequency pulse device, fits snugly against the knee, and simultaneously prioritizes comfort and portability is of significant practical importance. That is, the first support portion 2111 is connected to both ends of the first mounting portion 2112 through the first adjusting member 2113 to form the first support body 211.

[0047] It is worth mentioning that the magnetic attraction auxiliary unit 2131 of the fixing member connection portion 213 is disposed on the first mounting portion 2112 of the first support body 211, so as to connect to the magnetic attraction unit 331 of the fixing member 33 to detachably mount the control device 30 to the first mounting portion 2112.

[0048] More notably, the first adjusting member 2113 is extensible, allowing the first supporting parts 2111 located on both sides of the first mounting part 2112 to bend from the first mounting part 2112, thereby causing the covering device 10 to bend and extend. This facilitates the covering device 10 to fit tightly against the contours of the knee, preventing loosening or displacement during use and ensuring the stability and continuity of the physiotherapy. Specifically, when the first supporting parts 2111 located on both sides of the first mounting part 2112 bend from the first mounting part 2112, the wearable knee physiotherapy device 1 is adapted to bend from the longitudinal axis L2, that is, the covering space 101 undergoes longitudinal spatial adjustment, so that the longitudinal area of the covering space 101 meets the size of the user's knee, allowing the covering device 10 to fit tightly against the user's knee.

[0049] The second support device 22 includes a second support body 221 and a second extension 222. [0050] Similarly, the second adjusting member 2213 is extensible, allowing the second supporting parts 2211 located on both sides of the second mounting part 2212 to bend from the second mounting part 2212, thereby causing the covering device 10 to bend and extend. This facilitates the covering device 10 to fit tightly against the concave and convex contours of the knee, preventing loosening or displacement during use and ensuring the stability and continuity of the physiotherapy. Specifically, when the second supporting parts 2211 located on both sides of the second mounting part 2212 bend from the second mounting part 2212, the wearable knee physiotherapy device 1 is adapted to bend from the longitudinal axis L2, that is, the covering space 101 is adjusted longitudinally, so that the longitudinal area of the covering space 101 meets the size of the user's knee, allowing the covering device 10 to fit tightly against the user's knee.

[0051] Specifically, the support device 20 further includes at least one rotating component 23, which is disposed at the connection between the first extension 212 and the second extension 222. In other words, the first extension 212 and the second extension 222 are rotatably connected via the rotating component 23. When the first extension 212 and the second extension 222 rotate via the rotating component 23, the wearable knee physiotherapy device 1 is adapted to bend from the horizontal axis L1, that is, the covering space 101 is adjusted laterally, so that the lateral area of the covering space 101 meets the size of the user's knee, and the covering device 10 fits tightly against the user's knee.

The two extension ends of the first extension 212 extend at a predetermined angle and are respectively connected to one side of the two rotating components 23, and the two extension ends of the second extension 222 extend at a predetermined angle and are respectively connected to the other side of the two rotating components 23. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the number of rotating components 23 is not a limitation of this utility model.

[0053] The support device 20 also includes two fixing straps 24, which are respectively disposed on the first support device 21 and the second support device 22. The length of the fixing straps 24 can be adjusted according to actual usage needs. One end of each fixing strap 24 is firmly connected to the first support device 21 and the second support device 22, while the other end is provided with a Velcro side. This design allows for quick disassembly and installation of the fixing straps 24. In practical applications, the wearable knee physiotherapy device 1 can be fixed to the knee using the fixing straps 24.

[0054] The second support body 221 further includes an air supply device 2214, which is disposed on the second mounting part 2212 of the second support body 221 to inflate the first airbag 411 and the second airbag 412 of the airbag assembly 41, so that the first airbag 411 and the second airbag 412 can expand.

[0055] In summary, the wearable knee physiotherapy device 1 can be electrically connected to the low-frequency pulse device 80. During knee physiotherapy, it can stimulate the muscles of the knee area through pulsed current, promoting blood circulation and metabolism, and significantly improving the rehabilitation effect. Furthermore, the wearable knee physiotherapy device 1 detachably mounts the control device 30 to the support device 20. Even after disassembly, the control device 20 can still be independently connected to the low-frequency pulse device 80, overcoming the limitations of traditional physiotherapy devices with their single function and fixed connection. Finally, based on the complex physiological structure of the knee, the wearable knee physiotherapy device 1 adopts an ergonomic curved surface design, closely conforming to the concave and convex contours of the knee, preventing loosening or displacement during use, and ensuring the stability and continuity of the physiotherapy.
