Abstract

The device comprises a collecting box, a support is fixedly installed in the inside of the collecting box, a motor is fixedly installed in the middle of the support, a fan is fixedly installed at the output end of the motor, a guide frame is fixedly installed at the air suction port of the fan in the inside of the collecting box, and a flow guide mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the collecting box. The motor is started to drive the fan to generate strong suction force, residual solvents on the packaging and printing production line are sucked into the flow guide pipe through a plurality of groups of connecting pipes and flow guide covers, the gas flow is ensured to be smooth, the contact area is increased, the solvents are uniformly distributed and efficiently enter the lower part of the filtering box in the collecting box, and the solvents carried in the sucked gas are subjected to composite filtering through the composite filtering mechanism in the filtering box, so that the purification effect is improved, the problem of insufficient local purification is avoided, and the purification efficiency is improved.
