Modular fixed bed reactor for powder catalysts

Abstract

The application discloses a modular fixed bed reactor for powder catalyst, comprising a fixed bed reactor and a catalytic module arranged in the fixed bed reactor; the catalytic module comprises a rigid support frame, a pressing component, an upper protective net, a catalyst filling layer and a lower protective net; the rigid support frame is an annular structure with upper and lower openings; a ring-shaped support part is arranged on the inner side of the lower end opening of the rigid support frame; the upper protective net, the catalyst filling layer and the lower protective net are stacked from top to bottom to form a sandwiched structure, and the sandwiched structure is embedded in the rigid support frame; the pressing component is arranged above the upper protective net and is fixedly connected with the upper end of the rigid support frame; and the catalyst filling layer is filled by mixing catalyst powder and a porous inert carrier. The catalytic module has reasonable structure, is convenient to fill, has high mass transfer efficiency, and is not prone to catalyst loss and is easy to replace and regenerate.
