Abstract

The application discloses an integrated mounting bracket, a bogie and a railway vehicle, and relates to the field of railway vehicles.The integrated mounting bracket comprises a mounting seat, a pipe body, a connecting frame and a stone sweeper mounting plate.The mounting seat is used for being connected with a frame body of the bogie.The pipe body is located at the bottom end of the mounting seat, and the pipe body is welded to the mounting seat.The connecting frame is arranged at one end of the pipe body away from the mounting seat, and the connecting frame is provided with a first mounting part and a second mounting part.The first mounting part is used for mounting a rim lubrication bracket, and the second mounting part is used for mounting a sanding bracket.The stone sweeper mounting plate is detachably connected to the connecting frame.Compared with the prior art in which the pipe body is connected to the middle part of the connecting frame, the integrated mounting bracket can significantly reduce the overall height of the connecting frame and reduce the size of the connecting frame, thereby effectively reducing the weight, being beneficial to the lightweight design of the vehicle, guaranteeing the operation performance, safety and stability of the train, and meeting the high standard requirements of the city railway on the equipment of the railway vehicle.
