A jig for piston appearance inspection

Abstract

The application relates to a clamp for piston appearance detection, and belongs to the technical field of automobile part machining. The clamp comprises a moving assembly and a clamping assembly. The fixed end of the moving assembly is arranged between a first station and a second station, and the moving end of the moving assembly is movably connected to the fixed end of the moving assembly. The clamping assembly is arranged on the moving end of the moving assembly. The clamping assembly comprises a driving piece, two groups of connecting pieces and two groups of clamping groups. The fixed end of the driving piece is connected to the moving end of the moving assembly. The driving piece is provided with two driving ends that are relatively movable. The driving end of the driving piece, the connecting piece and the clamping group are correspondingly arranged. The two groups of connecting pieces are respectively connected to the two driving ends of the driving piece. The two groups of clamping groups are respectively arranged on the two connecting pieces. The two groups of clamping groups are matched to clamp the piston. Each clamping group comprises two clamping pieces. The two clamping pieces in the same group are arranged at intervals. The application can improve the stability of the piston clamping in the detection process.
