A sealing splicing structure and curtain wall system for aluminum single-panel curtain walls

Abstract

A sealing and splicing structure and system for aluminum single-panel curtain walls are disclosed. The sealing and splicing structure includes an installation frame, multiple aluminum single panels sequentially spliced ​​on the installation frame, multiple splicing components connected to the installation frame and disposed between adjacent aluminum single panels, and multiple sealing components disposed between adjacent aluminum single panels. Each splicing component includes a first splicing frame connected to the installation frame, a second splicing frame snapped into place with the first splicing frame, a fastener fixing the first splicing frame to the installation frame, and a rubber gasket disposed at the splicing point between the first and second splicing frames. The opposing surfaces of the first and second splicing frames form inwardly extending splicing grooves. The second splicing frame includes splicing segments that can be embedded in the splicing grooves. The splicing grooves and splicing segments enable rapid positioning of adjacent aluminum single panels and ensure the flatness of the surface of the spliced ​​curtain wall system, thus ensuring the overall aesthetic appeal of the building.
