The cover plate provided by the application is provided with the protruding part, the protruding part can prevent the electrolyte from overflowing outward during electrolyte pouring, the peripheral area of the protruding part is not polluted, the cleaning process can be reduced or omitted, and the welding quality of the sealing cover and the cover plate can be ensured during the welding of the sealing cover and the cover plate, so that the sealing reliability of the sealing cover to the liquid injection hole is improved.
