A mold facilitating quick demolding

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of concrete test block molds, and particularly discloses a mold facilitating rapid demolding, which comprises a bottom plate, vertical baffles, a demolding baffle and L-shaped side plates. The vertical baffles are installed on the upper end face of the bottom plate. The four vertical baffles are connected in a head-to-tail mode to form a square mold cavity. The demolding baffle is in the shape of a square frame. The demolding baffle is installed on the upper portion of the vertical baffles. The inner side of the demolding baffle is matched with the vertical baffles to fix the upper portion of the vertical baffles. The L-shaped side plates are installed on the lower outer sides of the vertical baffles. The two L-shaped side plates are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the vertical baffles. The two L-shaped side plates are connected through adjustable plug-in assembly components. The inner sides of the L-shaped side plates are in abutment with the vertical baffles and the bottom plate. During demolding, the L-shaped side plates can be taken away only by loosening the adjustable plug-in assembly components. The vertical baffles can be easily taken off by removing the demolding baffle to realize demolding. The mold is simple and fast in demolding, and the test blocks are not impacted during the demolding process, so that the test blocks can be prevented from being damaged.
