Abstract

The application relates to a weight device carrying a wax removal sheet, wherein the weight body is composed of multiple detachable weight units, so that a user can flexibly increase or reduce the number of the weight units according to the downhole working conditions such as well depth, oil density and wax deposition severity, thereby accurately adjusting the total weight of the device, ensuring that the wax removal tool has sufficient falling speed in the oil pipe and effectively impacts the wax deposition section. The overall device can be detached into multiple independent units of the weight body, the fixing component and the guide component, which greatly reduces the weight and length of the overall device, makes transportation, handling and assembly in a narrow well site environment more convenient and safe, the fixing component ensures that the wax removal sheet is firmly installed and will not fall off when impacting the wax deposition at high speed, and the reliability of the operation is ensured. The guide component can effectively reduce the resistance of the device during falling and prevent the device from being stuck in the oil pipe joint or deformation, so that the wax removal tool can more smoothly reach the target position.
