An online circulation recovery device for lubricating oil

Abstract

An online circulation and recovery device for lubricating oil includes a base, a homogenizing pump, a static mixer, and a check valve mounted on the base. The inlet pipe of the homogenizing pump is connected to an oil tank, and the feed pipe of the homogenizing pump is connected to a lubricating oil recovery agent addition device. The outlet pipe of the homogenizing pump is connected to the inlet of the static mixer. A check valve is installed between the homogenizing pump and the static mixer, and the oil mixed in the homogenizing pump flows into the static mixer after passing through the check valve. The outlet of the static mixer is connected to the oil tank via a pipeline. The purpose of this invention is to provide an online circulation and recovery device for lubricating oil. This device is connected to the lubricating oil tank and uses homogenizing pump mixing technology to fully mix the recovery agent with the oil, and then sends the mixed oil back to the oil tank, thereby forming a circulation and recovery structure, and eliminating the problem of insufficient mixing of the additive mixture with the lubricating oil.
