Abstract

This application relates to a visual inspection device and equipment. The visual inspection device includes a machine base and an alignment mechanism, an inspection mechanism, and a unloading mechanism sequentially arranged on the machine base along the flow direction of the product to be tested. The alignment mechanism is used for aligning the product to be tested. The inspection mechanism includes an inspection platform and multiple inspection cameras. The inspection platform is used to carry the product to be tested, and the multiple inspection cameras are movably arranged on the machine base. The multiple inspection cameras are used to detect visual defects on different surfaces and / or edges of the product to be tested. The unloading mechanism is used to unload the product to be tested after inspection. The visual inspection device provided by this application allows multiple inspection cameras to simultaneously perform visual defect detection on different surfaces and / or edges of the product to be tested. This enables multi-surface and / or multi-edge appearance defect detection of the product to be tested in a single operation, improving the efficiency of visual defect detection. Furthermore, the multiple inspection cameras are movable, which can adapt to different specifications of the product to be tested and the detection of visual defects on different surfaces and / or edges of the product to be tested.
