Purpose of this design: The product as a whole is a retaining member that can keep the handle protruding from the portable electronic computer body by being installed on the handle of the portable electronic computer body. In addition, the feet can prevent tipping when used in places other than a table, and the feet can be attached and detached as shown in Figure 2 when in use; the parts to be protected are the back of the retaining member facing the computer body and the handle when in use. 3.
