Purpose of the graphical user interface: The main view is an overview page of the system, integrating various indicators of document generation, document tasks in progress, quick operations, and commonly used templates, allowing users to intuitively understand the document generation status and operate the document more conveniently. Click "Creation Center" in the top navigation bar of the main view to enter the changed state diagram 1. This page is the core page for document creation. The left side is the document editor, and the right side is the document creation function and tools. Click anywhere in the document editor on the left to activate the document generation function and enter the changed state diagram 2. Enter any command in the input box on the left in the changed state diagram 2 to create the document. After entering the command, enter the changed state diagram 3. Above the input box is AI-generated content that can be inserted or replaced with the original text. This page contains historically created documents and historical check reports, which can be updated, deleted, modified, and checked.
