Abstract

1. Name of the product in this design: Strain Detector. 2. Application of this design: Used in strain gauges, primarily for measuring residual strain inside transparent objects such as glass or resin using optical properties. 3. The key design feature of this product is its shape. 4. Images or photographs that best illustrate the design key points: 3D reference images. 5. Other situations requiring explanation: The blue part in top view reference 1 and the shaded part in top view reference 2 represent the resolver, which is transparent. Figure 1 shows the usage state in the vertical orientation. Figure 2 shows the usage state in the horizontal position. Figure 3 shows the state of the resolver being moved by rotating the knob, thereby adjusting the distance between the resolver and the polarizer. Figure 4 shows the state of replacing wavelength plates with different optical properties.
