Intended use of this design: for use in an electronic device. 3. The key design feature of this product is its graphical user interface. 4. Uses of the graphical user interface: Used for the interface display of doctors and administrators in the proactive health cohort management system, helping medical staff to perform outpatient information entry, follow-up visit reminders, health data import and visualization statistical operations in hospitals or research institutions. 6. Human-computer interaction method of graphical user interface: The main view is the system login interface. After entering the username and password, the user enters the homepage interface change state diagram 1; clicking "Queue" in the sidebar of interface change state diagram 1 or "Enter Data" on the homepage will enter interface change state diagram 2; the system pops up an "Appointment Reminder" window to remind patients who need to enter a new round of follow-up visits in the near future, so that doctors can arrange sample collection and follow-up visits in a timely manner; after closing the pop-up window, the user enters interface change state diagram 3. This page displays basic information such as patient name and first visit time in the form of a table card. There is a search bar in the upper left corner for searching patients by conditions. After the doctor clicks on this label, the interface will prioritize displaying patients with recent pre-consultation hospitalization records. If a patient is readmitted or visits another department of the hospital during the follow-up period, labels such as "New Hospitalization" and "External Follow-up" will be displayed in the corresponding patient area. After the doctor clicks on them, the relevant patients will be presented at the top of the page in the same way, which will facilitate information entry and management during the corresponding follow-up period. The "Shedding Zone" is dynamically updated based on preset shedding conditions. Shedding patients will be automatically moved to the end of the list, and a "Shedding Notes" column will be provided for doctors to mark the cause or situation of shedding for easy subsequent management. Click the yellow "Add Patient" icon at the top of Interface Change State Figure 3 to enter Interface Change State Figure 4, where a patient baseline pop-up window will appear. After completing the patient information, click "OK" to enter Interface Change State Figure 5, which is the outpatient information page. This page combines automatic and manual input methods. Error-prone content is entered manually, while laboratory test data is automatically imported. The left side shows the patient's follow-up timeline, and the right side shows detailed information for each follow-up.
