Abstract

1. Name of the designed product: shoe upper of shoes. 2. Use of the designed product: footwear. 3. Design points of the designed product: the combination of the shape and pattern of the rendered part in the view. 4. Picture or photo best indicating the design points: front view. 5. The back of the designed product is the part that is not easy to see or cannot be seen during use, so the back view is omitted. 6. Other circumstances needing explanation: the present design is a partial design, wherein the rendered part in each view represents the part of the product that needs protection; the part shown by the dotted line represents the environment of the product, which is only for reference and represents the part of the product that does not need protection.
