Purpose of this design: An electronic device. 3. The key design features of this product are its graphical user interface content. 4. Uses of the graphical user interface: Primarily used for uploading teaching data for standardized residency training and allocating faculty performance evaluations. 6. Human-Computer Interaction Method of Graphical User Interface: Users log in by entering their account information in the main view (login interface); upon entering the interface (Figure 1), the left side of the interface has a menu bar divided into five modules: "Home", "Basic Dictionary", "Teaching Status", "Performance Management", and "Data Dashboard". Clicking "Basic Dictionary" in Figure 1 leads to Figure 2, where users can enter information on resident physicians, professional training bases, rotation departments, and performance evaluation standards. Clicking "Teaching Status" in Figure 2 leads to Figure 3, where users can enter data on training management, training quality, and faculty management. Clicking "Performance Management" in Figure 3 leads to Figure 4, where users can view the system's performance distribution based on all basic data information, and users can confirm and approve the distribution. Clicking "Data Dashboard" in Figure 4 leads to Figure 5, where users can view graphical teaching and performance data, intuitively displaying important data indicators.
