Abstract

1. Name of the product subject to this design: Body and casing for electronic cigarettes. 2. Purpose of this design: Design 1 is used as the body of an electronic cigarette for use with consumable electronic cigarettes to generate an aerosol for inhalation by the user; the part of Design 2 that is to be protected is used as the housing of the electronic cigarette body to house and protect the parts of the electronic cigarette; the entire product is used as the body of an electronic cigarette for use with consumable electronic cigarettes to generate an aerosol for inhalation by the user. 3. The key design features of this product are: the shape of Design 1; and the shape of the part of Design 2 for which protection is sought. 4. The picture or photo that best illustrates the key design points: Design 1 3D diagram 1. 5. Design 1 is designated as the basic design. 6. In this design application, design 2, solid lines are used to indicate the parts for which protection is sought, dashed lines are used to indicate the parts for which protection is not sought, and dotted lines are used to indicate the boundary between the parts for which protection is sought and the parts for which protection is not sought.
