Abstract

The present technology provides polypeptides comprising a first unique immunoglobulin variable domain (ISVD) that binds to albumin, a second ISVD that can bind to either the constant domain of a human T cell receptor (TCR) on a T cell or the constant domain of a non-human primate TCR on a T cell, wherein the first and second ISVDs are linked by a protease-cleavable linker, and a targeting residue. The present technology further provides nucleic acids encoding these polypeptides, as well as vectors, hosts, and methods for producing these polypeptides. In addition, the present technology relates to methods for treatment using the polypeptides according to the present technology.
