Abstract

This information provides Formula I compounds useful for activating the trigger receptor expressed in myeloid-derived cells 2 (“TREM2”). This disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, uses of the compounds, and compositions for the treatment of, for example, a neurodegenerative disorder. In addition, the disclosure provides useful intermediates in the synthesis of Formula I compounds.
