Abstract
This disclosure provides a suspension granule formulation with good dissolution characteristics after suspension. Specifically, this disclosure provides granules containing particles of a compound shown in Formula 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, wherein 20% or less by weight of the particles comprising the granule formulation have a particle diameter of 500 μm or more.
