Abstract

The present invention relates to compositions comprising modified cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) pseudoviral particles (VLPs), and in particular to modified CMV VLPs comprising CMV chimeric polypeptides preferably comprising a stretch of consecutive negative amino acids selected from aspartic acid and / or glutamic acid to which specific feline canine interleukin 1β mutain antigens, fIL-1β-D145X antigens, are attached, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions thereof, which compositions preferably serve as vaccines to generate immune responses, in particular antibody responses, against fIL-1β.
