CSI feedback with co-coding of multiple cri

Abstract

Systems and methods are provided for Channel Status Information (CSI) feedback with co-encoding of multiple CSI Reference Signal (RS) Resource Indicators (CRIs). In some modalities, a method implemented by a User Equipment (UE) comprises receiving a CSI reporting configuration comprising a Channel Measurement Resource (CMR) set with N (N≥2) CMR resources for channel measurement, a codebook configuration for CSI feedback, and an N_CRI parameter (1≤N_CRI≤N). and report a CSI report, where the CSI report includes: resource indicator information for (N_CRI-M) CMR resources of the N CMR resources, where the (N_CRI-M) CMR resources are different from the M CMR resources, the CSI associated with each of the M CMR resources, and the CSI associated with each of the (N_CRI-M) CMR resources. In this way, less overhead is required compared to directly reporting multiple CRIs. (Figure 4)
