Connector for attaching a mesh to a geomembrane

Abstract

An anchorable member for attaching an article to a geomembrane, comprising a supply of polymeric material for depositing a mound-shaped portion extending upwards from the surface of a geomembrane, said polymeric material being in a fluid state for depositing onto the geomembrane and in a rigid state upon curing, and possessing a bonding affinity for anchoring to the geomembrane; and an article for encapsulating a portion thereof within the mound before curing, upon curing of the polymeric material within the mound, the article being secured to the geomembrane. A method for attaching an article to a geomembrane is described.
