Abstract

Compounds are provided here, including compounds of any of the formulas described herein ( <em>For example< / em> , Formula (I), <em> For example,< / em> Formula (I'')), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, stereoisomers, tautomers, solvates, hydrates, isotopically labeled derivatives, and prodrugs thereof. The compounds described herein may act as potentiators of voltage-gated potassium channels ( <em> For example< / em> , potassium channels Kv7, such as Kv7,2 / Kv7,3) and are therefore useful in the treatment and / or prevention of diseases, disorders and conditions ( <em> For example< / em> diseases, disorders, and conditions associated with Kv7 potassium channel dysfunction).
