Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for preparing enantiomerically enriched cyclobutylamines of formula (I) from α-tertiary cyclobutanones and reacting said enantiomerically enriched cyclobutylamines with enantiomerically enriched cyclobutylamides. These compounds are useful intermediates in the synthesis of thiazole microbicidal compounds.
