The subject of the invention applies to the gripping device including a main body, the first gripping assembly and the second gripping assembly. The first gripping assembly is arranged on the main body. The first gripping assembly includes the first gripping component and the first flexible module. The first flexible module is arranged to drive the first gripping component for its flexible seating against the workpiece. The second gripping assembly is arranged on the main body. The second gripping assembly includes the second gripping component. The first gripping component and the second gripping component are arranged for the cooperative gripping of the workpiece. The related assembly system and the related method are also designed. The gripping device is arranged for the precise insertion of multiple memory cards into the slots.
