Abstract
The device for producing cement clinker by full oxygen combustion includes: a rotary kiln, a decomposition kiln, a gas cooling device and a carbon dioxide capture device. The portal of the secondary pipe of the rotary kiln is connected to the secondary pipe, and the secondary pipe is provided with a second oxygen inlet. The portal of the tertiary pipe of the decomposition kiln is connected to the tertiary pipe, and the tertiary pipe is provided with a third oxygen inlet. The cooling gas inlet of the gas cooling device includes a first oxygen inlet and a carbon dioxide inlet, and the cooling gas outlet is separately connected to the secondary pipe and the tertiary pipe, respectively. According to the present invention, O2 and circulating flue gas CO2 are rationally matched in the rotary kiln and the decomposition kiln, so that heat recovery is realized, combustion conditions in the rotary kiln and the decomposition kiln are optimized, and the cost of carbon capture in cement production is effectively reduced.The flue gas obtained after combustion contains highly concentrated CO2, which can be collected and absorbed by adsorption and distillation. The operating costs of adsorption and distillation can be reduced by 47% and the investment costs can be reduced by 35%.
