Abstract
The specimen holder for a transmission electron microscope preventing the clamping screws (6) from falling out consists of a rod body and a rod head (7) which is fixed at one end. The rod head (7) is connected to a pressure plate (8) for fixing the specimen and is further equipped with one or more support plates of the sealing chamber. The clamping screws (6) connect the pressure plate (8) to the support plates of the sealing chamber. The clamping screws (6) pass through the support plates of the sealing chamber and the rod head (7) from the bottom up. On the sides of the support plates, which are supporting, there are positioning holes for fixation latches. The design of this rod specimen holder prevents the clamping screws (6) from falling into the transmission electron microscope, which prevents negative effects on the functionality of the microscope and reduces its maintenance costs.
