Abstract

The closure (16) has a cylindrical body, includes a through hole (161) for inserting the shaft (14) and is configured so that its outer peripheral surface is in contact with the inner peripheral surface (128) of the housing (12), and its inner peripheral surface (162) is in contact with the sealing element (18). The sealing element (18) has an annular body and is fixed to the shaft (14) so ​​that its inner peripheral surface is in contact with the shaft (14). The filling space (121) is sealed between the inner peripheral surface (128) of the housing (12) and the shaft (14) by the closure (16) being in contact with the sealing element (18).
