Abstract
Ionic half-sandwich coordination iridium compounds in the oxidation state +III, containing complex cation of general formula [Ir(η5-Cpx)(L)(X)]+, where Cpx represents substituted tetramethyl cyclopentadienyl, X is monodentate halogeno ligand and L represents N,P-donor bidentate ligand on the basis of amine or pyridine carrying (diphenylphosphanyl)alkyl substituent to be used in treatment of lung cancer.
