Abstract

Powder coating device (1) for coating objects (11), with an application device (2) which is designed to apply powder coating to areas of the object (11) to be coated; and with an irradiation device (3) which at least an electromagnetic radiation source (4) which is configured to direct electromagnetic radiation (10) onto powder-coated areas of the object (11) and thereby crosslink the powder coating on the coated areas, characterized in that a control device (5) is provided which is coupled to the radiation source (4) and a temperature sensor (6) which is arranged on the object (11) to be coated, wherein the radiation power of the radiation source (10) can be controlled and regulated depending on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor (6).
