Abstract

Method for providing a service among multiple multicast single-frequency network (MBSFN) multicast transmission networks, wherein each MBSFN contains one or more cells, while a user device (UE) of a wireless communication system receives a transmission service in a serving cell of the one or more cells in one of the MBSFNs, the method comprising: storing a hint in data to be transmitted by a base station corresponding to the serving cell in a first of the MBSFNs, wherein the hint is stored in a multimedia transmission multicast service (MBMS) control channel (MCCH) of the first MBSFN and either points to a carrier position of the MCCH or MBMS data in a second of the MBSFNs, or the hint is stored in a system information block of the first MBSFN and points to the carrier position of the MCCH in the second MBSFN, or the carrier position of the MCCH in the first and the second MBSFNs;and transmission of the data by the base station for the first MBSFN to be received by the UE.;
