Abstract

Table leg (1), comprising: a continuous cable guide (10, 100) with a cable chain (70) for guiding cables along the table leg (1), which is formed by a plurality of interconnected chain links; wherein the cable chain (70) has a first section (A) and a second section (B); characterized in that some chain links in the first section (A) are replaced by a rigid mounting profile (40), the outer dimensions of which correspond to the outer dimensions of the shell bodies of the chain links of the cable chain (70), and that the cable chain along the second section (B) can be deformed by at least one degree of freedom more or by one rotational degree of freedom in a direction of rotation further than along the first section (A).
