Abstract

Mounting arrangement, comprising: a washer (130) with a washer bore (138) for receiving a shaft (108) of a fastening element (92); and a seal (134) which is attached around a radially outer circumference of the washer (130), wherein the seal (134) has an opening (140) which is larger than a head (104) of the fastening element (92), such that the seal (134) is radially spaced from the fastening element (92) when the shaft (108) is received within the washer bore (138), further comprising a blower arrangement (60) designed to move an airflow through a battery pack (14) of an electrified vehicle, wherein the blower arrangement (60) comprises a housing arrangement and a plurality of internal components (78) housed within the interior, wherein the fastening element (92) is in a fastening position which fastens a first component of the housing arrangement to at least one of the plurality of internal components (78), wherein the seal (134) provides an annular groove (152) which receives a projection extending from the first component when the fastening element (92) is in the fastening position.
