Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a slot clamp for fixing electrical leads, pipes or the like in slots in a masonry. For flush-mounted laying of electrical lines, pipes or the like, slots are made by means of a chisel or milling cutter in a masonry, which slots serve for receiving electrical lines. The electrical lines or pipes inserted in these slots are provisionally fastened with nails, screws or pipe clamps before the masonry and the slot are finally completely plastered. This method is time-consuming and uncertain and requires a high material outlay since the clamping elements are also plastered in the wall.Devices are known in which pipes are fastened by a nail clamp to the bottom of a slot. A line can be fastened under the nail clamp into the masonry. The introduction of the nail into the masonry often presents difficulties and is time-consuming.Self-holding clamps for fixing cables, pipes or other lines are known from the documents DE 200 12 851 U1, DE 296 00 810 U1, DE 198 55 184 C1 and DE 298 03 142 U1.DE 200 12 851 U1 discloses a slot clamp for fastening cables, pipes or other lines in a slot in a masonry, comprising an elastic base body, having an elongate flat head part, and two limbs which emerge perpendicularly from the straight head part and have corrugation on the outer sides. The lateral legs of the cable slot clamp are held in the slot by spring force.DE 296 00 810 U1 discloses a fixing element for clamping lines in masonry milling slots, which fixing element has a U-shaped base body. The base body consists of a U-shaped web adapted to the respective width of the milling slot, with two substantially rectangular bent U-legs, which are introduced into the milling slot in a force-fit or form-fit manner, with the U-legs resting against the slot walls.Furthermore, DE 198 55 184 C1 discloses a cable and pipe clamp which is pressed into a slot in a wall for fixing a line.DE 298 03 142 U1 discloses a fixing device for lines in wall slots which is designed as a substantially C-shaped clamp equipped with 4 clamping wings, which can be plugged onto a line. In the region of the two legs there are provided respectively outwardly directed wings which are responsible for the clamping force which the clamp exerts within the slot. Therefore, the wings should be dimensioned correspondingly large in order to generate the necessary counterpressure on the wall in the clamped state. The wings are oriented rearward of the clamp opening.Clamps are therefore known for facilitating the work, which are used only once for fastening or fixing and often penetrate too deeply into the slot and do not find any hold at the often broken-out slot edges, for which reason they spring out of the slot again. In all cases, the fastening clamps are smaller than the cross section of the slot in the masonry in order to be lowered into the masonry as a whole and to be plastered with the line in the masonry.Further slot clamps are known from DE 299 22 018 U1, DE 10 2004 032 355 A1, BE 1 012 327 A5 or US 2004 / 0 115 004 A1.DE 10 2004 052 295 A1 discloses a slot clamp of the generic type according to the preamble of claim 1.The invention is based on the object of providing a slot clamp which can be used repeatedly and easily clamped in a slot, for example in a masonry, in a time-saving manner, and specifically independently of the line or tube diameter or the depth and width of the slot. This object is achieved by a slot clamp having the features of claim 1.The self-holding slot clamp according to the invention is characterized in that it has a V-shape and consists of resilient sheet metal or of resilient plastic. The two legs defining the V-shape expediently have small end pieces which are angled outwards at right angles, i.e. project outwards away from one another, and which press against the slot wall of the slot or engage in the slot wall of the slot in order to prevent unintentional loosening of the clamp. Depending on the nature of the slot or of the adjacent material, for example of the masonry, the end pieces can have different shapes. Preferably, the legs of the slot clamp have inwardly directed fixing elements which are oriented such that they press against the cable or tube and press the cable or tube against the slot base and fix it in the slot. The legs of the split clamp are directed obliquely outwards and are relatively long legs compared to known clamps, which facilitate the insertion and release of the clamp and ensure a uniform compression. The height of the slot clamp measured in the direction of the slot depth is advantageously greater than the slot depth. According to the invention, the legs are provided with an alignment bending point, the bending angle of which influences the alignment of the slot clamp in the direction of the end pieces. The larger the angle, the more perpendicular the end portion of the legs of the slot clamp is inserted between cable and slot wall.A special tool for actuating the clamp is not required, since the suspension lies mainly in the legs. The clamping energy of the suspension is determined in the transition between the two legs. With an aperture at the transition of the legs, a slight springing is obtained, the smaller the aperture the greater the clamping energy of the springing of the legs. The legs of the slot clamp can also have a convexly curved shape, so that the legs are stabilized.Advantageous further embodiments are the subject matter of further claims. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below with reference to schematic drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a slot clamp according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a side view of the split clamp; and FIG. 3 shows the slot clamp in a slot with two brackets.FIG. 1 shows a split clamp 1 made of an elastic sheet metal, consisting of two legs 3 which have a V-shaped orientation and whose two ends have end pieces 2 angled outwards at right angles. The legs 3 have the same width and each have a fixing element 5. The legs 3 are provided with an alignment bending point 4, the bending angle of which influences the alignment of the slot clamp 1 in the direction of the end pieces 2.FIG. 2 shows a leg 3 with a fixing element 5 and an aperture 6 at the connection point 7 of the slot clamp 1. The larger the aperture 6, the smaller the clamping energy of the legs 3.FIG. 3 shows the slot clamp 1 in a slot, the rectangular end pieces 2 of which engage in the slot wall 10 of the slot and thereby prevent the slot clamp from being released in the slot, and fixing elements 5 which fix two cables 9 in the slot 8. The greater the angle of the alignment bending point 4, the more perpendicular the end piece region 11 of the legs 3 of the slot clamp 1 is inserted between cable 9 and slot wall 10.LIST OF REFERENCE NUMERALS1 Slot Clamp 2 End pieces 3 Legs 4 Alignment bending point 5 Fixing elements 6 Aperture 7 Connecting point 8 Slot 9 Cable 10 Slot wall 11 End piece region
