Clutch pedal device of a vehicle, comprising: a clutch pedal (100) rotatably mounted on a pedal element (M) in the forward and reverse direction and having a plurality of projections (110) extending forward at different angles; and a spring body (200) which is arranged in front of the clutch pedal (100) on the pedal element (M) and enables a spring force, which is generated by each projection (110) being in contact with a spring section (210) when the clutch pedal (100) is rotated, to act as an actuating force of the clutch pedal (100) by having a plurality of spring sections (210) opposite the plurality of projections (110), wherein the plurality of spring sections (210) have different widths, so that the spring force generated by the projections (110) being in contact with the spring sections (210) is different.
