Description

[0001] The invention relates to a fastening arrangement with a mounting clip for fastening a cable to a supporting structure, in particular to the underside of a vehicle body floor, according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] Various cables, such as power supply cables, are installed on the underside of a motor vehicle floor. These cables can be attached to a support bolt formed on the vehicle floor using a mounting clip. Mounting clips of various designs are available to suit the different geometric conditions on the vehicle floor. For example, double clips are known that are designed symmetrically to the support bolt in order to install cables symmetrically. If such symmetrical installation of cables is not possible, they must be placed past the support bolt using an asymmetric double clip on one side. If the asymmetric double clip is installed before the cables, it cannot be reliably ensured that the double clip is oriented to the correct side. If the clip is installed incorrectly, this can result in rework in the factory.

[0003] DE 10 2004 029 739 A1 discloses a generic fastening arrangement with a double clip to which two cables can be attached symmetrically to the support bolt. The support bolt is formed on the underbody of a motor vehicle.

[0004] The fastening arrangement known from DE 10 2004 029 739 A1 is not adaptable to different installation situations on the vehicle underside. Furthermore, the fastening arrangement has a comparatively high component height when installed, with the fastening arrangement protruding downwards from the vehicle.

[0005] DE 88 01 062 U1 discloses a terminal block for securing exposed strands. AT 500 533 A1 discloses another fastening arrangement using mounting clips.

[0006] The object of the invention is to provide a fastening arrangement which, compared to the prior art, has increased functionality and / or has a reduced installation space.

[0007] The object is solved by the features of claim 1. Preferred developments of the invention are disclosed in the subclaims.

[0008] The invention is based on the fact that the double clip known from DE 10 2004 029 739 A1 can only be used when laying two adjacent cables. When laying only one cable, however, an additional single clip must be kept on hand, which increases the overall component requirements during vehicle assembly. In contrast, according to the characterizing part of claim 1, the fastening arrangement additionally has an adapter part with a connection base to which a first mounting clip and / or a second mounting clip can be connected. The first and / or the second mounting clip can be attached to the support bolt not directly, but with the interposition of the adapter part. The first mounting clip, the second mounting clip and the adapter part are provided as individual parts when laying cables in the vehicle manufacturing plant.Depending on requirements, the worker can therefore assemble a double clip to hold two cables or a single clip to hold just one cable from the individual parts.

[0009] In one technical implementation, the adapter part can be brought into a plug-in connection with the support bolt. In the same way, the respective mounting clip can also be brought into a plug-in connection with the adapter part. The plug-in connection can, for example, be realized as a plug-in toothing. Alternatively, the contact surfaces of the two plug partners can also be smooth cylindrical. In terms of manufacturing technology, it is simple if the mounting clips can be plugged onto the support bolt in the same plug-in direction. The plug-in direction can be aligned with the longitudinal axis of the support bolt. In a preferred design variant with fewer components, the adapter part can be plugged onto the support bolt with a press fit. In the same way, the respective mounting clip can also be plugged onto the adapter part with a press fit. The press fit can be dimensioned such that additional securing elements for securing the plug connections can be omitted.Alternatively, however, the respective connector is not limited to such a press fit. Rather, the connector can also be realized using a loose fit. In this case, however, additional locking elements are required to secure the connector.

[0010] In a space-saving design, the respective mounting clip can be designed as a flat profile part, with one flat side facing the supporting structure and one flat side facing away from it. The two mounting clips can be installed together on the supporting structure in a first assembled state. In this case, the two mounting clips can be plugged onto the supporting bolt one behind the other in a plug-in direction. Of the two plugged-in mounting clips, the first mounting clip can be in large-area contact with the supporting structure directly at the bolt base, while the second mounting clip is in contact with the first mounting clip.

[0011] The mounting clips, which are realized as flat profile parts, can, in the above-mentioned first assembly state, create a reduced double clip height compared to the prior art. This can preferably be less than or equal to the bolt length between the bolt base and bolt tip.

[0012] Preferably, the respective mounting clip can have a plug-in section with a plug-in inner profile that can be plugged onto a corresponding plug-in outer profile of the adapter part. For example, the plug-in connection can be a plug-in toothing. In this case, the plug-in inner profile can be implemented as an internal toothing, while the plug-in outer profile of the adapter part is implemented as an external toothing. A support arm can protrude from the plug-in section of the respective mounting clip. A cable receiving profile can be formed at the end of this support arm. The cable receiving profile can protrude with a profile height from the flat side of the mounting clip facing away from the support structure. In contrast, the flat side of the mounting clip facing the support structure can be implemented as a completely flat surface in order to achieve the largest possible contact area with the support structure.

[0013] With regard to geometric conditions, it is preferred if, in the first assembled state, the two cables are laterally offset on one side by a radial offset with respect to the support bolt. In this case, the first mounting clip and the second mounting clip can be arranged one above the other in alignment when viewed in the plug-in direction. For this purpose, in the first mounting clip, the cable receiving profile can be spaced from its plug-in section over a large support arm length. In contrast, in the second mounting clip, the cable receiving profile can be spaced from its plug-in section over a reduced support arm length. The support arm length of the second mounting clip is dimensioned such that the support arm end of the second mounting clip is positioned radially inside the cable receiving profile of the first mounting clip. In this way, an interfering contour-free assembly of the first mounting clip and the second mounting clip of the adapter part is ensured.

[0014] As an alternative to the first assembly state described above, in a second assembly state, only the first mounting clip can be attached to the adapter part. In a further, third assembly state, however, only the second mounting clip can be attached to the adapter part.

[0015] An embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the attached figures.

[0016] They show: Fig. 1 shows a fastening arrangement in a perspective view; Fig. 2 the fastening arrangement in a sectional view; Fig. 3 the adapter part in a unique position; Fig. 4 an exploded view of the fastening arrangement; Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 views each according to the Fig. 2, showing a second assembly state and a third assembly state.

[0017] In the Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a fastening arrangement installed on the underside of a vehicle body floor 1. By means of the fastening arrangement, two cables 3, 5 laid on the underside of the body floor 1 are securely fixed in position. The fastening arrangement has Fig. 1 or Fig. 2 comprises a first mounting clip 7, a second mounting clip 9, and an adapter part 11. The two mounting clips 7, 9 are fastened to a support bolt 13 formed on the body floor 1 with the adapter part 11 interposed. The support bolt 13 protrudes downwards from the body floor 1 in a vertical direction z of the vehicle.

[0018] According to the Fig. 1 or Fig. 2 shows the fastening arrangement in a first assembled state. In the first assembled state, the fastening arrangement is realized as a double clip that is asymmetrical with respect to the support bolt 13, in which the two lines 3, 5 are offset on one side by a radial offset r ( Fig. 1) are offset laterally.

[0019] As from the Fig. 4, the first mounting clip 7, the second mounting clip 9 and the adapter part 11 are kept as individual parts prior to assembly. Each of the two mounting clips 7, 9 is designed as a flat profile part, with a flat side 15 facing the body floor 1 and a flat side 17 facing away therefrom. Each of the two mounting clips 7, 9 has a plug-in section 19 with an internal toothing 21 ( Fig. 4) which can be plugged onto a corresponding external toothing 23 of the adapter part 11, specifically forming a plug-in connection in which the plug-in section 19 of the respective mounting clip 7, 9 is plugged onto the adapter part 11 in a press fit.

[0020] A support arm 25 projects laterally from the plug-in section 19 of the respective mounting clip 7, 9, at the end of which a cable receiving profile 27 is formed through which the respective cable 3, 5 is guided.

[0021] The adapter part 11 also has an inner hollow profile 29 with which the adapter part 11 can be plugged onto the support bolt 13, specifically forming a further plug-in connection in which the adapter part 11 sits in a press fit on the support bolt 13.

[0022] As from the Fig. As can be seen from Figure 4, both the adapter part 11 and the first and / or second mounting clip 7, 9 are plugged onto the support bolt 13 or onto the adapter part 11 in an identical plug-in direction S. The plug-in direction S is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the support bolt 13.

[0023] In the Fig. 2, the first assembly state, the first mounting clip 7 (with its flat side 15 facing the body floor 1) at the bolt base is in large-area contact with the body floor 1, while the second mounting clip 9 is also in large-area contact with the first mounting clip 7. The two mounting clips 7, 9 are built in the Fig. 2 has a double clip height d which is slightly smaller than the length of the support bolt between the bolt base and bolt tip, thus ensuring a perfect press fit between the mounting clips 7, 9 and the adapter part 11. In the Fig. 2, the support arm length l1 of the first mounting clip 7 is larger than the support arm length l2 of the second mounting clip 9. The support arm lengths l1, l2 are coordinated with one another such that the support arm end of the second mounting clip 9 is positioned radially within the cable receiving profile 27 of the first mounting clip 9.

[0024] According to the Fig. 4, the respective cable receiving profile 27 protrudes with a profile height h1, h2 from the flat side 17 of the mounting clip 7, 9 facing away from the body floor 1. In addition, in the first mounting clip 7, between its flat side 17 facing away from the body floor 1 and its cable receiving profile 27, an inner corner area 28 ( Fig. 4) in which the cable receiving profile 27 of the second mounting clip 9 is arranged in a space-saving manner. In combination with the lateral offset r ( Fig. 1) of the two cable receiving profiles 27 with reference to the support bolt 13, the following situation arises: The two cable receiving profiles 27 and the support bolt 13, viewed in a transverse direction y, partially overlap, whereby the fastening arrangement shown in the figures is very flat overall in the vehicle vertical direction z.

[0025] In the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shows a first assembly state in which both mounting clips 7, 9 are mounted together on the adapter part 11. Alternatively, in the Fig. 5 shows a second assembly state in which only the second mounting clip 9 is in plug-in connection with the adapter part 11, while the first mounting clip 7 is omitted. Alternatively, in the Fig. 6 only the first mounting clip 7 is plugged onto the adapter part 11, while the second mounting clip 9 is omitted.
