Abstract

Decoupling element (3) for attaching a heat shield (1) with a through-opening (5) for a fastening element (7), which extends through all the elements of the decoupling element (3) described below and has an axial through-direction (6), comprising a central part (30) containing a sleeve with a first and a second axial end section, a lower part (10) which can be arranged or is arranged adjacent to the first axial end section of the sleeve, a first pressure-absorbing element (11) which has a first side for contact with a component or part of a fastening element and a second side opposite the first side along the axial direction, a first damping element (16) which is arranged on the second side of the first pressure-absorbing element (11), and an upper part (20) which can be arranged or is arranged adjacent to the second axial end section of the sleeve.with a second pressure-receiving element (21) having a first side for contact with a component or part of a fastening element along the axial direction and a second side opposite the first side, as well as a second damping element (26) arranged on the second side of the second pressure-receiving element (21), and a locking disc (50) arranged on the second side of the second pressure-receiving element (21), wherein at least in a section of the sleeve along the axial direction (6) the outer diameter of a cross-section of the sleeve perpendicular to the axial direction (6) is completely or sectionarily larger than the clear width of the through-opening in the locking disc (50).
