Abstract

A grinding and dosing device for coffee beans, comprising a body which accommodates an electric motor (2) inside, the shaft (4) of which is integrally rotated with a holder (6) of a lower grinder (10) to which the lower grinder (10) is connected, wherein the holder (6) of the lower grinder (10) and the lower grinder (10) are housed within a head (12) which has a horizontal annular seat (20) in its lateral edge, which accommodates an upper grinder (22), wherein the upper grinder (22) is formed by a toothed annular section (24) which is received within a hollow annular body (26) which in turn is surrounded by an annular section (28) which rests on the horizontal annular seat (20), characterized in that a flat upper surface of the annular section (28) of the upper grinder (22) is rectified and collimated with the plane.which runs through the ends of the teeth (30) of the toothed ring-shaped section (24).
