Description

Technical field The invention relates to a fluidic element. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fluidic system and a method for operating a fluidic system. Technical background Fluidic or microfluidic elements, such as lab-on-a-chip (LoC) elements, are increasingly used to transport, process, or analyze samples. One application is point-of-care (PoC) diagnostics. These fluidic elements can comprise a processing unit in which the sample undergoes a chemical, physical, or biological process. Fluidic or microfluidic elements can also be used in insulin pumps or infusion pumps. Typically, a very small fluid volume or flow rate, possibly along with the sample and / or an active ingredient, is passed through the fluidic element. Precise dosing of very small fluid volumes is challenging, but crucial for applications such as flow-through elements (LoC elements). Inaccuracies in the flow rate passing through the fluidic element can, for example, lead to inaccuracies in the residence time of a sample within the LoC element, which can negatively impact analysis. The fluidic elements can be designed as single-use items, meaning they can be disposed of after a single use. Alternatively, they can be designed as disposable or throwaway items. In this case, the fluidic elements are manufactured cost-effectively in large quantities. The transport device, which provides a volume flow through the fluidic element, is considerably more expensive than the fluidic element itself. WO 2019 008 235 A1 discloses a microfluidic device comprising at least one magnetic shape memory material (MSM) element for handling a fluid flow, wherein the MSM element is controlled by a magnetic field. The device includes elastic material between the handled fluid and the MSM element, and the magnetic field is arranged to cause local shrinkage of the MSM element, which, together with the elastic material, forms a shrinkage cavity at the point where the magnetic field is applied to the MSM element. The microfluidic device can be connected to a lab-on-a-chip. CN 1 05 201 796 A relates to a piezoelectric peristaltic micropump. CN 1 01 122 286 A concerns a micropump. US 2011 / 0214745A1 relates to a microfluidic chip with a variety of microelements interconnected to provide a configurable fluid transport system for processing at least one reagent. DE 10 2018 129 631 B3 relates to a sealing structure for a transport device comprising an actuator with a shape memory alloy. EP 2 381 116 A1 relates to a microfluidic device and a method for performing a variety of assays and high-throughput screenings. Summary of Revelation One object of the invention is to provide a fluidic element that can be easily connected to a transport device for single use. A further object of the invention is to provide a fluidic element that can be operated reliably and is cost-effective to manufacture. A still further object of the invention is to provide a fluidic element through which a volumetric flow can be guided with relatively high accuracy and in which an actuator does not come into direct contact with the fluid guided through the fluidic element. A further object of the invention is to provide a fluidic element through which a volumetric flow can be guided at a relatively constant rate. At least one of the tasks is solved by the combination of features of the independent claims. A fluidic element is disclosed. The fluidic element comprises a base body with at least one first channel and at least one second channel for guiding a fluid. At least one outlet is formed at one end of the first channel. At least one inlet is formed at one end of the second channel. The fluidic element includes a deformable membrane. The deformable membrane is connected to the base body. The deformable membrane covers at least the outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel. The membrane is deformable by an actuator in the direction of the actuator such that a movable cavity is formed between the base body and the membrane to transport the fluid from the outlet of the first channel to the inlet of the second channel. The fluidic element can be a microfluidic element. Specifically, the fluidic element is a lab-on-a-chip element. The fluidic element or the microfluidic element can be used in an insulin pump unit or in an infusion pump unit. The base body of the fluidic element can comprise or be made of plastic. The base body of the fluidic element can comprise or be made of metal. Likewise, the base body of the fluidic element can comprise or be made of a ceramic material. Preferably, the base body is manufactured by injection molding. The base body can be an injection-molded part. The base body can contain at least one first channel and one second channel. In addition to the first and second channels, further channels can be formed in the base body. Each of the channels can be completely formed within the base body. In particular, all sides of the channels are surrounded by the material of the base body, with each channel having an inlet and an outlet. The channels can be embossed, milled, or etched into the base body. The channels can have a cross-sectional area (perpendicular to the flow direction through the respective channel) of at most 2500 mm², preferably at most 2000 mm², more preferably at most 1500 mm², more preferably at most 1000 mm², more preferably at most 500 mm², more preferably at most 300 mm², more preferably at most 100 mm², more preferably at most 50 mm², more preferably at most 30 mm², more preferably at most 1.0 mm², more preferably at most 0.1 mm², more preferably at most 0.01 mm², more preferably at most 0.001 mm². Particularly preferably, the channels have a cross-sectional area between 20 mm² and 0.0004 mm². Each of the channels can be designed to carry a fluid. Generally, a fluid can be a gas or a liquid. It can also be a mixture of a gas and a liquid. A solid can be contained within the fluid. The majority of the fluid (more than 50% by volume) can be liquid and / or gaseous. The fluid can contain a sample and / or an active substance. The sample and / or the active substance can be a solid, a liquid, and / or a gas. The sample can be a substance to be treated or analyzed, or a mixture of substances. During treatment or analysis, the substance or mixture can be subjected to at least one chemical, physical, and / or biological process. The active substance can be a substance administered to a living organism (human or animal). The active substance can be used to treat the living organism. For example, the active substance is insulin. Each channel can have an inlet and an outlet. A fluid can be introduced into the channel at the inlet. The fluid can be discharged from the channel at the outlet. The flow direction can be defined as flowing from the inlet towards the outlet, or alternatively, flowing from the outlet towards the inlet. In other words, the flow direction can be reversible. The membrane can be deformable, flexible, and / or elastic. The membrane can have a thickness many times less than its width and / or length. The thickness of the membrane can be a maximum of 2.0 mm, preferably a maximum of 1.0 mm, more preferably a maximum of 0.7 mm, more preferably a maximum of 0.5 mm, more preferably a maximum of 0.3 mm, more preferably a maximum of 0.2 mm, more preferably a maximum of 0.1 mm, or more preferably a maximum of 0.01 mm. Particularly preferably, the thickness of the membrane is between 0.005 mm and 0.200 mm. The membrane can have an area (perpendicular to the thickness of the membrane) of at least 1 mm2, preferably at least 10 mm2, more preferably at least 50 mm2, more preferably at least 100 mm2, more preferably at least 300 mm2, more preferably at least 500 mm2, more preferably at least 1000 mm2, more preferably at least 1500 mm2, more preferably at least 2500 mm2, more preferably at least 5000 mm2, more preferably at least 10000 mm2. The membrane can have an area of at most 10000 mm2, preferably at most 1000 mm2, preferably at most 200 mm2. Preferably, the area of the membrane is between 5 mm2 and 200 mm2. The membrane can be single-layered or multi-layered. The membrane can comprise or be made of a plastic. The plastic can be a thermoplastic or an elastomer, in particular a thermoplastic elastomer. The membrane can comprise or be made of a metal. The membrane can comprise or be made of a composite material. The membrane is connected to the base body. The connection between the membrane and the base body can be permanent. In particular, the connection between the membrane and the base body can be designed in such a way that the membrane cannot be removed from the base body without damage or destruction (without tools). Alternatively, the connection between the membrane and the base body can be designed in such a way that the membrane can be removed from the base body without damage or destruction, in particular without tools. In particular, the membrane is bonded or welded to the substrate. For example, the membrane can be welded to the substrate using ultrasound or laser technology. The membrane covers at least the outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel. The membrane can completely overlap or cover at least the outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel. At least one side of the base body can have a flat or planar section. The outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel can be located in or open into this section. The membrane can be connected to the base body in this section. In particular, the area of the flat or planar section is larger than the area of the membrane. The membrane can be deformed by an actuator in the direction of the actuator. In particular, the membrane can be deformed away from the base body. In other words, the membrane can be deformed by the actuator in such a way that a section of the membrane is lifted or separated from the base body. A cavity can form between the base body and the membrane due to deformation. The cavity can extend towards the actuator. The cavity can extend away from the base body. The cavity can be formed, at least temporarily, in the area of the outlet of the first channel, so that a fluid from the outlet of the first channel can flow into the cavity. The cavity can be moved by the actuator, particularly towards the inlet of the second channel. Specifically, the cavity can be moved so that it is not in fluid communication with the outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel. If the cavity is not in fluid communication with the outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel, the fluid in the cavity can be (completely) separated or isolated from the environment. In other words, the cavity can be (completely) surrounded or enclosed by the base body and the membrane. By further moving the cavity towards the inlet of the second channel, the fluid in the cavity can be brought into fluid communication with the inlet of the second channel. The fluid can then flow from the cavity into the second channel via the inlet of the second channel, or be introduced into it. This allows fluid to be transported from the first channel to the second channel. The membrane can be connected to a surface of the base body via an attachment. The attachment can completely encircle a section of the membrane. The attachment can completely encircle a section of the base body. The outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel can be located or open into the section of the base body that is completely encircled by the attachment. The attachment can be an adhesive seam or a weld seam. A sample can be introduced into the fluidic element. The fluidic element can comprise a process unit. The sample can be treated in the process unit by a chemical, physical, and / or biological process. In particular, the sample can be analyzed in the process unit by or with the aid of a chemical, physical, and / or biological process. The process unit can comprise an assay, for example, a biochemical assay or an immunoassay. Likewise, the process unit can comprise a chromatographic element. In general, the process unit can comprise one or more sensors. The membrane can be connected to the base body in such a way that a section of the membrane, which is not deformed by the actuator, contacts the base body. If the membrane is not deformed by the actuator, the membrane can at least partially, and in particular completely, lie against or contact the base body. A fluidic system is disclosed. The fluidic system comprises a fluidic element and a transport device. The fluidic element comprises a base body and a deformable membrane. The base body comprises at least one first channel and at least one second channel for guiding a fluid, or has at least one first channel and at least one second channel. At least one outlet is formed at one end of the first channel. At least one inlet is formed at one end of the second channel. The membrane is connected to the base body. The membrane covers at least the outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel. The transport device comprises an actuator. The actuator is configured to deform the membrane so that a cavity is formed between the base body and the membrane. The fluidic system can comprise any fluidic element disclosed herein. The fluidic system can be a microfluidic system. The transport device can be a pump for transporting a liquid. Specifically, the transport device is a micropump. A micropump can have a maximum delivery rate of 100 ml per minute, preferably 10 ml per minute, more preferably 5 ml per minute, and more preferably 1 ml per minute. The actuator may include or consist of a magnetic shape memory alloy (MSMA). The shape of a magnetic shape memory alloy can be altered by applying a magnetic field. Twin boundaries in magnetic shape memory alloys are movable by a magnetic field, resulting in a magnetically induced reorientation of the material. A perpendicular magnetic field stretches the material, while a parallel magnetic field causes it to contract. The basic principle of a magnetic field-induced shape change of an actuator made of a twin-boundary material is described in US 6,515,382 B1, which is hereby incorporated by reference. The magnetic shape memory alloy can be a nickel-manganese-gallium alloy. The actuator can be a pump actuator. The actuator can essentially be designed in a cuboid shape. The transport device may include a drive. The drive may be configured to deform the actuator. In particular, the drive is configured to generate a magnetic field. The drive system can generate a homogeneously directed traveling magnetic field. For this purpose, the drive system comprises, in particular, electromagnetic coils and / or permanent magnets. Specifically, the drive system can generate and move multiple traveling magnetic fields simultaneously. The drive can generate a rotating magnetic field. For this purpose, the drive can include a magnet, in particular a diametrically magnetized magnet. The magnet can be rotatable. In particular, the drive is configured to rotate the magnet. The rotation can occur around a central axis of the magnet. In general, the magnetic field can be oriented perpendicular or parallel to the longitudinal extent of the actuator (at different times). The transport device can include at least one sensor. The transport device may include a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the actuator. A control unit can modify the operation of the transport device based on the value detected by the temperature sensor. In particular, the control unit can modify the operation of the transport device if the actuator's temperature value detected by the temperature sensor exceeds and / or falls below a defined temperature threshold. The transport device can include at least one pressure sensor that detects the pressure at the outlet of the first channel and / or at the inlet of the second channel. Based on the value detected by the at least one pressure sensor, the operation of the transport device can be modified (e.g., by a control unit). The actuator and the membrane can be coupled in such a way that a deformation of the actuator causes a deformation of the membrane. In particular, the actuator and the membrane can be coupled in such a way that a deformation of the actuator causes a corresponding deformation of the membrane. The actuator can be deformed by the drive of the transport device, in particular by generating a magnetic field through the drive. The actuator can be coupled or connected to the diaphragm in such a way that the deformation of the actuator is transmitted or passed on to the diaphragm. This allows the deformation of the diaphragm to be controlled or regulated by the drive. The actuator can be connected to the membrane directly or indirectly. In particular, the actuator contacts the membrane directly or indirectly. In the case of indirect contact, another element, such as an adhesion promoter or a structure that facilitates adhesion, may be present between the actuator and the membrane. The actuator can have a greater length than the distance between the outlet of the first channel and an inlet of the second channel. The actuator can be arranged so that it overlaps or covers the outlet of the first channel and the inlet of the second channel. The actuator can be connected to the membrane by an adhesive force. This adhesive force allows the actuator and membrane to be coupled or connected in such a way that a deformation of the actuator causes a (corresponding) deformation of the membrane. The adhesive force can be provided by a fluid. The fluid can be located between the actuator and the membrane. Preferably, the fluid is silicone oil (e.g., diorganopolysiloxane). The fluid can have a higher viscosity than water. Likewise, the fluid can have a higher viscosity than the fluid that is to be conveyed or is being conveyed by the fluidic element. Generally, an adhesive film can be arranged between the actuator and the membrane. Both the actuator and the membrane can contact the adhesive film. An adhesive film can increase the adhesion between the actuator and the membrane, especially compared to the adhesion between the actuator and the membrane without the adhesive film. The adhesive force can be provided by an adhesion medium created by rupturing capsules between the actuator and the membrane. For example, capsules can be arranged between the actuator and the membrane. Each capsule can contain a shell that surrounds or encloses an adhesion medium. By compressing the actuator and the membrane, the capsules can be ruptured or damaged, releasing the adhesion medium. The adhesion medium can provide the adhesive force between the actuator and the membrane. The adhesion medium can be a liquid, particularly silicone oil. The liquid can have a higher viscosity than water. Likewise, the liquid can have a higher viscosity than the fluid that is to be conveyed or is being conveyed by the fluidic element. The adhesive force can be provided by a gel. The gel can be positioned between the actuator and the membrane. In particular, the adhesive force can be provided by a hydrocolloid film. For example, a hydrocolloid can be placed between the actuator and the membrane. The hydrocolloid can be a polysaccharide or a protein. The hydrocolloid can adhere to the actuator or the membrane before the actuator and the membrane are brought into contact. By adding a liquid, for example water, the hydrocolloid can form a hydrocolloid film between the actuator and the membrane. The actuator can be connected to the membrane by an adhesive bond. An adhesive can be placed between the actuator and the membrane, bonding them together. The bond can be removable. Alternatively, the bond can be designed in such a way that the connection between the actuator and the membrane cannot be separated (without tools) without causing damage. For example, the bond can be designed so that it weakens when heated. The bond can also be designed so that it can be separated by heating. Without heating, the connection between the actuator and the membrane cannot be separated without causing damage. The bond can be achieved by an adhesive film between the actuator and the membrane. This adhesive film can be understood as a glue or bonding agent. For example, an uncured adhesive film can be applied between the actuator and the membrane. The adhesive film can then cure between the actuator and the membrane, thus establishing the connection between them. The adhesive film can be an elastic adhesive. This allows the actuator to be removed or detached from the membrane without damage or destruction. The bond can be provided by an adhesive membrane between the actuator and the membrane. An adhesive membrane can comprise a non-stick carrier and an adhesive or bonding agent. The adhesive or bonding agent of the adhesive membrane may be non-cured or not cured. For example, the membrane may be coated on one side with an adhesive or bonding agent. The adhesive or bonding agent may be uncured or uncured. When the actuator is pressed against the membrane, the adhesive or bonding agent creates a bond between the actuator and the membrane. The actuator can then be removed or detached from the membrane without damage or destruction. A double-sided adhesive membrane can also be provided between the actuator and the membrane. An adhesive or bonding agent can be applied to both (flat) sides of the adhesive membrane. Preferably, the adhesive strength of the adhesive or bonding agent is greater on one side of the adhesive membrane than on the other (opposite) side. The double-sided adhesive membrane can be positioned between the actuator and the membrane, and the actuator can be pressed onto the membrane. This allows the actuator to be bonded to the membrane. The actuator can be removed or detached from the membrane without damage or destruction. The actuator can be connected to the membrane by van der Waals forces and / or electrostatic forces. In particular, the actuator and / or the membrane has a plurality of adhesive elements. Alternatively, another membrane with a plurality of adhesive elements can be arranged between the actuator and the membrane. This second membrane can comprise a plurality of adhesive elements on each of its two (planar) sides. When the actuator and the membrane are brought into contact (possibly with an intermediate membrane), van der Waals forces and / or electrostatic forces can be amplified between the actuator and the membrane (gecko effect). This can cause the actuator to bond with the membrane. The actuator can then be removed or detached from the membrane without damage or destruction. The actuator can be connected to the diaphragm by means of a vacuum. A vacuum can exist between the actuator and the diaphragm. This vacuum can be lower than the ambient pressure, in particular lower than 1 bar. For this purpose, the fluidic element and / or the transport device can include a vacuum unit. The vacuum unit can also be located outside the fluidic element and the transport device. The vacuum unit can generate a vacuum between the actuator and the diaphragm. Preferably, the connection between the actuator and the membrane is pressure-tight. This pressure-tight connection allows a negative pressure to be maintained between the actuator and the membrane. The actuator can be connected to the membrane by a magnetic force. The membrane can be magnetic. In particular, the membrane is ferromagnetic. The actuator can be magnetic. When the actuator and the membrane are brought into contact, a connection between them can be established by a magnetic force. The actuator can then be removed or detached from the membrane without damage or destruction. In particular, the membrane is multilayered. The membrane can comprise at least one magnetic, preferably at least one ferromagnetic, layer or layer. For example, the magnetic layer or layer can be located closer to the side of the membrane that is in contact with the actuator than to the side of the membrane that is in contact with the fluid. The side of the membrane that is in contact with the fluid can be free of any magnetic layer or layer. In particular, the side of the membrane that is in contact with the fluid is resistant to the fluid. A method for operating a fluidic system is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: deforming a membrane connected to a base body by an actuator in the direction of the actuator, so that a cavity is formed between the base body and the membrane; introducing a fluid from an outlet of a first channel of the base body into the cavity; moving the cavity with the fluid by the actuator towards an inlet of a second channel; introducing the fluid into the second channel via the inlet. The fluidic system can be any fluidic system disclosed herein. Any fluidic element disclosed herein can be used in the method. Any transport device disclosed herein can be used in the method. The actuator may include or consist of a magnetic shape memory alloy. In general, the actuator or transport device can be detachably connected to or combined with the membrane. This allows the fluidic element to be disposed of after a single use (disposable item) and another fluidic element to be connected to or used with the actuator or transport device. Designing the fluidic element as a disposable item prevents cross-contamination and / or ensures sterile operation. The actuator and / or transport device can therefore be reusable. The actuator or transport device can be connected to the membrane or fluidic element by a snap connection, a screw connection, a clamping mechanism, a pliers mechanism, a bayonet fitting and / or an adhesive connection. Similarly, the actuator or transport device can be permanently, i.e., not detachably, connected to the membrane or fluidic element. The membrane can be attached to the base of the fluidic element in such a way that the actuator does not come into contact with the fluid when a fluid is transported from the outlet of the first channel to the inlet of the second channel. The membrane can act or function as a media separator. The membrane can be deformed by the actuator (simultaneously) in at least two different sections. At least two cavities can be formed (simultaneously) by the actuator between the membrane and the base body. Brief description of the characters The following section explains the disclosure and further embodiments and advantages of the disclosure in more detail with reference to the figures, which merely depict exemplary embodiments of the disclosure. Identical components in the figures are identified by the same reference numerals. Detailed description Fig. 1 shows a fluidic system 1000. The fluidic system can be a microfluidic system 1000. The fluidic system 1000 comprises a fluidic element 100 and a transport device 200. The fluidic element 100 and the transport device 200 are described in more detail below with reference to Figs. 2a to 2c and 3. The fluidic element 100 can comprise a base body 110. The base body 100 can have at least two channels. The fluidic element 100 can comprise a membrane 120. The membrane 120 can be applied to a surface of the base body 110. The transport device 200 can include an actuator 210. The actuator 210 can comprise or consist of a magnetic shape memory alloy. The transport device 200 can include a drive 220. The drive 220 can be configured to generate a homogeneously directed traveling magnetic field. The magnetic field is indicated in Fig. 1 by four parallel arrows pointing towards the base body 110. Likewise, the drive 220 can be configured to generate a rotating magnetic field. The magnetic field of the drive 220 can deform the actuator 210. In particular, a constriction or tapering can be formed in at least one surface of the actuator 210. The fluidic element 100 can be connected to the transport device 200. In particular, the fluidic element 100 can be connected to the transport device 200 such that the actuator 210 is coupled or connected to the membrane 120. The connection or coupling can be effected via a contact area 300. The actuator 210 and the membrane 120 can be coupled or connected to each other such that a deformation of the actuator 210 causes a (corresponding) deformation of the membrane 120. For example, if a constriction or tapering is formed in the actuator 210, the membrane 120 can be deformed in the direction of the actuator 210. In particular, the membrane 120 is deformed away from the base body 110 or lifted or detached from the base body 110 when the actuator 210 is deformed. The deformation of the membrane 120 creates a cavity 131 between the membrane 120 and the base body 110. A fluid can be transported within the cavity 131. This fluid transport occurs because the magnetic field generated by the actuator moves, causing the deformation of the actuator 210 to move. As the deformation of the actuator 210 moves, the deformation of the membrane 120 also moves, thus causing the cavity 131 to move. In an area where no deformation is formed in the actuator 210, the diaphragm 120 can be undeformed. In this state, the diaphragm 120 can be in contact with the base body 110. When the diaphragm 120 is in contact with the base body 110, no fluid can be present between the diaphragm 120 and the base body 110 in this area. The transport device 200 can comprise a housing 221. The drive 220 can be at least partially integrated into the housing 221 of the transport device 200. The actuator 210 can be at least partially integrated into the housing 221 of the transport device 200. Figures 2a to 2c show a fluidic element 100 at three different times. Figure 2a shows the fluidic element 100 at a first time point. The fluidic element 100 can comprise a base body 110. At least one first channel 151 and at least one second channel 154 can be formed in the base body 110. The base body can be an injection-molded part. The first channel 151 and the second channel 154 can be formed in the base body 110 during the injection molding process. Fluid can be introduced into the first channel 151 via an inlet 150. An outlet 152 can be formed at one end of the first channel 151. The outlet 152 can open into or be formed within a surface of the base body 110. The outlet 152 of the first channel 151 can be covered or superimposed by the membrane 120. The fluidic element 100 can comprise at least one second channel 154. The second channel 154 can be formed in the base body. The second channel 154 can include an outlet 155. A fluid can exit or be discharged from the outlet 155 of the second channel 154. An inlet 153 can be formed at one end of the second channel 154. The inlet 153 of the second channel 154 can be formed in or open into a surface of the base body 110. The inlet 153 of the second channel 154 can be superimposed or covered by the membrane 120. The inlet 153 of the second channel 154 can be formed or open into the same side of the base body 110 as the outlet 152 of the first channel 151. In particular, the inlet 153 of the second channel 154 and the outlet 152 of the first channel 151 are formed in or open into a surface section of the base body 110 that is flat, planar, or planar. The membrane 120 can be attached to the side of the base body 110 in which the inlet 153 of the second channel 154 and the outlet 152 of the first channel 151 are formed or open into it. The membrane 120 can include an attachment 121 (also referred to as a fastening). The attachment 121 can completely encircle a surface section of the membrane 120 and / or the base body 110. The attachment 121 can be an adhesive bond, an adhesive seam, a weld, and / or a weld seam. For example, the membrane 120 is bonded or welded to the base body 110. The fluidic element 110 can comprise a process unit 160. A sample can be treated or analyzed in the process unit 160. For example, the process unit 160 can be located upstream of the outlet 152 of the first channel 151. Likewise, the process unit 160 can be located downstream of the inlet 153 of the second channel 154. A sample can flow with a fluid through the first and / or second channel 151, 154 to be treated or analyzed in the process unit 160. The sample can then be subjected to a chemical, physical, and / or biological process in the process unit 160. At the first time point (see Fig. 2a), the diaphragm 120 is deformed in the region of the outlet 152 of the first channel 151. The deformation of the diaphragm 120 is caused by the actuator 210 (not shown in Fig. 2a). This deformation allows a cavity 131 to form between the diaphragm 120 and the base body 110. At the time shown in Fig. 2a, the cavity is in fluid communication with the cavity 131, so that fluid from the first channel 151 can flow into the cavity 131 via the outlet 152 of the first channel 151. The formation of the cavity 131 can generate a (slight) negative pressure, causing the fluid to flow into the cavity 131. Fluid can also flow into the inlet 150 of the first channel 151. Fig. 2b shows the fluidic element 100 as described with reference to Fig. 2a at a second time point. At this second time point, the cavity 131, filled with fluid, has been moved towards the inlet 153 of the second channel 154. The movement of the cavity 131 can be caused by a movement of the deformation in the actuator 210 (not shown in Fig. 2b). The movement of the deformation in the actuator 210 can be caused by a movement or change in the magnetic field generated by the drive 220. At the second time point, the outlet 152 of the first channel 151 cannot be in fluid communication with the cavity 131. At the second time point, the inlet 153 of the second channel 154 cannot be in fluid communication with the cavity 131. The cavity 131 containing the fluid can be completely enclosed or surrounded by the membrane 120 and the base body 110. In particular, the actuator 210 can, in an area outside the cavity 131, push the membrane 120 against the base body 110 or push it towards the base body 110. Fig. 2c shows the fluidic element 100 as described with reference to Fig. 2a at a third time point. At this third time point, the cavity 131, filled with fluid, has been moved into the region of the inlet 153 of the second channel 154. The movement of the cavity 131 can be caused by a movement of the deformation in the actuator 210 (not shown in Fig. 2c). The movement of the deformation in the actuator 210 can be caused by a movement or change in the magnetic field generated by the drive 220. At the third point in time, cavity 131 can be in fluid communication with the inlet 153 of the second channel 154. This allows fluid to flow from cavity 131 into the second channel 154 via the inlet 153. Likewise, fluid can flow out of the outlet 155 of the second channel 154. Fig. 3 shows a transport device 200. The transport device 200 can include an actuator 210. In particular, the actuator 210 comprises or consists of a magnetic shape memory alloy. The transport device 200 can include a drive 220. The drive 220 can be configured to generate a magnetic field. The magnetic field can be a homogeneously directed traveling magnetic field. The magnetic field can cause a deformation 211 in the actuator 210. The deformation 211 can be a constriction or a taper. The deformation 211 of the actuator 210 can deform the diaphragm 120. The drive 220 can comprise several electromagnetic coils 222. The electromagnetic coils 222 can be arranged along the actuator 210. The electromagnetic coils 222 can be controlled or regulated such that a magnetic field moves along the actuator 210. The moving magnetic field allows the deformation 211 to move within the actuator 210. The drive 220 can include at least one magnet 223, in particular a diametral magnet. In a diametral magnet, the magnetic axis runs through the diameter. The poles on the magnetic surfaces are opposite each other. The magnet 223 can be controlled or regulated such that a magnetic field moves along the actuator 210. Fig. 4 shows a section of a fluidic system 1000, as indicated in Fig. 1. A contact area 300 can be formed between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120. A connection between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120 can be established or strengthened through the contact area 300. For example, an adhesive force can be provided between the actuator 210 and the membrane through the contact area 300. Likewise, a bond between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120 can be established in the contact area 300. A fluid, e.g., silicone oil, can be provided in the contact area 300 between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120. This fluid can create or enhance an adhesive force between the actuator 210 and the membrane. An adhesive bond can be provided between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120 in the contact area 300. This bond can be achieved using an adhesive film or an adhesive membrane. The adhesive membrane can be single-sided or double-sided. A gel may be provided in contact area 300. Preferably, a hydrocolloid film is provided in contact area 300. Fig. 5 shows a section of a fluidic system 1000, as indicated in Fig. 1. Capsules 310 can be arranged between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120. Each capsule 310 can have a shell containing an adhesive medium. If the actuator 210 is pressed or pushed against the membrane 120, the capsule shell can be damaged or rupture. This allows the adhesive medium to leak from inside the capsule and enter between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120. The adhesive medium can then provide an adhesive force between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120. Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 show a section of a fluidic system 1000, as indicated in Fig. 1. Adhesive elements 320 can be arranged between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120. The adhesive elements 320 can cause or increase van der Waals forces and / or electrostatic forces between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120. A plurality of adhesive elements 320 can be provided between the actuator and the membrane 120, for example at least 100, preferably at least 500, more preferably at least 1000, adhesive elements 320. The adhesive elements 320 can be provided on the membrane 120. In particular, the membrane 120 can encompass the adhesive elements 320. The adhesive elements 320 can be firmly connected to the membrane 120. The adhesive elements 320 can also be provided on the actuator 210. In particular, the actuator 210 can include the adhesive elements 320. The adhesive elements 320 can be permanently connected to the actuator 210. An adhesive membrane 215 can be provided between the actuator 210 and the membrane 120 (see Fig. 7). The adhesive membrane 215 can comprise the adhesive elements 320. In particular, the adhesive elements 320 can be permanently connected to the adhesive membrane 215. The adhesive membrane 215 can be permanently or detachably connected to the transport device 200, in particular to the actuator 210 or to the housing 221 of the transport device 200. Likewise, the adhesive membrane 215 can be permanently or detachably connected to the fluidic element 100, in particular to the membrane 120 or to the base body 110. Fig. 8 shows a section of a fluidic system 1000, as indicated in Fig. 1. A magnetic force can act between the actuator 210 and the diaphragm 120. For example, the diaphragm can be magnetic or magnetizable. Preferably, the diaphragm 120 has ferromagnetic properties or is ferromagnetic. The actuator 210 can be magnetic or magnetizable.
