Abstract

The invention relates to a punching tool (1) for producing stacked sheet metal sheets (2), which are intended in particular for use within an electric machine (3), comprising a cutting punch (5) that can be moved towards and away from a sheet metal sheet (4) and has a cutting contour (6) directed towards the sheet metal sheet (4) by means of which at least part of the sheet metal sheet (4) can be punched out, wherein the cutting punch (5) has a plurality of adhesive channels (7) through which a flowable adhesive (22) can flow, each of which has a dispensing opening (8) for the adhesive (22) directed towards the sheet metal sheet (4), wherein an annular channel (9) is formed on the side of the cutting punch (5) facing away from the cutting contour (6), from which the adhesive channels (7) extend through the cutting punch (5) in the direction of the cutting contour (6).
