Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cooling plate with at least one fluid channel for controlling the temperature, in particular cooling, of an electric drive energy storage device of a vehicle, as well as to a method for producing such a cooling plate. Furthermore, reference is also made to vehicles with such a cooling plate. Such vehicles include land, air, and water vehicles. However, the invention relates in particular to land vehicles in the form of motor vehicles and motorcycles. A drive energy storage device within the meaning of the invention refers in particular to energy storage devices used for propulsion, such as lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, or solid-state batteries.Cooling plates for such drive energy storage devices are usually arranged directly underneath and / or directly above and / or along one or more side surfaces of the drive energy storage devices in such a way that heat can be absorbed by the cooling plates and dissipated via a cooling fluid flowing through the cooling plates. WO 2017 / 029158 A1 discloses a separator plate for an electrochemical system, which is formed from a first individual plate and a second individual plate connected to the first individual plate. Reference is made in particular to separator plates of fuel cell systems and electrolyzers. The disclosed separator plate has a plurality of channels, some of which are arranged in a partially intersecting manner. The separator plate should be as stable as possible, even in a region in which the channels of the individual plates cross one another, and should be producible with the least possible waste. For this purpose, various forms of molded webs, channels, and specific channel configurations in the first individual plate and the second individual plate are described. Reference is made neither to cooling plates for electrical drive energy storage devices of motor vehicles nor to elements beyond the individual plates. WO 2011 / 110497 A2 discloses a cooling device for high-performance electric drive energy storage devices, such as those provided in motor vehicles with exclusively electric drive (pure electric vehicles) or with additional electric drive (hybrid vehicles). The cooling device has refrigerant channels intersecting at different levels, with one of the two intersecting refrigerant channels forming a pre-flow channel and the other of the two intersecting channels forming a return flow channel for a refrigerant. A criss-cross refrigerant circuit and, alternatively, a "twist" refrigerant circuit are proposed in order to provide channel circuits through as many intersecting channels at different levels as possible, which minimize uneven temperature distribution or enable stable temperature distribution. The cooling device itself and the refrigerant circuits are only schematically illustrated and functionally explained, but are not described or shown in detail with regard to the geometric channel design. In particular, nothing is disclosed regarding the number of individual elements, the geometric design of the individual elements, or the relative arrangement of the individual elements of the cooling device. Cooling plates for electric drive energy storage devices known from practice often have at least one inlet nozzle for introducing cooling fluid into the at least one fluid channel and at least one outlet nozzle for discharging cooling fluid from the fluid channel. Frequently, exactly one inlet nozzle and exactly one outlet nozzle are provided to keep the system simple, in particular to reduce the likelihood of leaks during its service life. The cooling fluid is then introduced into the inlet nozzle, guided through a predetermined channel structure of the fluid channel within the cooling plate, and exits again through the outlet nozzle. In the case of soldered cooling plates or those otherwise formed from two half-shells (cooling plate halves), these are connected to one another. The nozzles (inlet nozzle and outlet nozzle) are then connected to the respective openings (inlet opening and outlet opening) of the fluid channel. The fluid channel, or possibly multiple fluid channels, is formed by appropriate deformation (in particular deep-drawing) of the two cooling plate halves (or even just one of the cooling plate halves), which can be carried out before and / or at least partially after the plate halves are joined. With regard to production, particular reference is made to the deep-drawing of the cooling plate halves and to the roll-bonding process. The invention particularly relates to cooling plates composed of two cooling plate halves or more cooling plate elements, in particular of a flat cooling plate and a cooling plate with molded-in channels, or of two cooling plates with molded-in channels. When choosing the fluid channel layout for such cooling plates, a compromise must be found between manufacturability, costs, pressure loss, mass flow distribution and stability (burstability). In practice, the cooling fluid is typically distributed to ensure targeted, as homogeneous as possible, temperature control of the battery cells of the drive energy storage system via a corresponding channel layout, in which individual cooling channels run parallel to one another and / or are connected in series. The individual cooling channels should not intersect in such a way that the cooling fluid in the intersecting cooling channels mixes, as this would cause the cooling channels to short-circuit, which would negatively impair the functionality of the temperature control (especially cooling) or even completely disable it downstream of such a point, especially if a short-circuit creates an area through which no cooling fluid flows at all.Depending on the installation space, these conditions result in unfavorable cooling channel topologies, which often lead to temperature inhomogeneities in the cooling plate and, consequently, to different cooling of different battery cells or entire cell stacks of drive energy storage devices, or, on the other hand, to high pressure loss. Multiple inlet nozzles and / or distribution structures can also be provided to improve temperature homogeneity through suitable parallel fluid routing. However, this is associated with increased weight and increased installation space requirements. The term “cooling fluid” within the meaning of the invention is to be interpreted broadly, i.e. it includes both liquids and gases. Furthermore, the term is not intended to be linked to a specific temperature, but rather to express that it is a fluid for temperature control. Despite the term, it can also temporarily be cooling fluid whose temperature is higher than the temperature of an object to be temperature-controlled, in particular a cell stack of a drive energy storage device. This can be the case in particular if the fluid is to be used for accelerated heating of the drive energy storage device, for example at low outside temperatures, or if the cooling fluid has already absorbed heat during the flow path and the current temperature is therefore higher than the temperature of the object around which it is flowing.Nevertheless, the main purpose of the cooling fluid is to dissipate heat from the cell stacks of a drive energy storage system and thus to cool it. The invention is based on the object of providing a cooling plate with at least one fluid channel for temperature control (in particular cooling) of an electric drive energy storage device of a vehicle and a method for producing such a cooling plate, which, with relatively simple production, enable a more flexible fluid channel guidance, in particular in order to achieve the most uniform possible temperature control of the cooling plate - and resulting therefrom also of a drive energy storage device - during operation. The object is achieved according to the invention with the features of the independent claims. Further practical embodiments and advantages of the invention are described in conjunction with the dependent claims. A cooling plate according to the invention has at least one fluid channel for temperature control, in particular cooling, of an electric drive energy storage device of a vehicle, wherein at least one inlet opening is provided for the fluid channel and at least one outlet opening is provided for the fluid channel. A fluid channel intersection is formed on the cooling plate by arranging at least one separating element such that the cooling fluid flowing through a first section of the fluid channel intersection can cross in a fluidically separated manner from the cooling fluid flowing through a second section. The cooling plate according to the invention thus creates the prerequisite for supplementing cooling plates, in particular by connecting two cooling plate halves (half-shells), in a simple manner with (at least) one fluid channel intersection, thus enabling more flexible fluid channel routing. This is achieved in particular by the fact that the fluid channel intersection allows cooling fluid flows that have different temperatures in the area of the fluid channel intersection to be guided past each other without the cooling fluid flows mixing. A cooling plate according to the invention is preferably arranged directly adjacent to battery cells or cell stacks of an electric drive energy storage device in order to dissipate heat generated by the cells. In this respect, reference is also made to an arrangement of a cooling plate according to the invention on cells of an electric drive energy storage device and to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, with such an arrangement. The production of a cooling plate according to the invention can be carried out particularly simply and cost-effectively if the separating element has a base area that is a fraction of the base area of the cooling plate. A fraction means, in particular, an area that is a maximum of 10 percent of the base area of the cooling plate, preferably a maximum of 8 percent, more preferably a maximum of 5 percent, and particularly preferably a maximum of 3 percent. In particular, the separating element extends only over the region of the fluid channel intersection itself or an area surrounding the fluid channel intersection that extends insignificantly around the fluid channel intersection. This means, in particular, a channel flow length that extends over two to three times the maximum longitudinal extent of the respective fluid channel intersection. If, for example, the fluid channel intersection has the maximum width of one of the fluid channels in the case of vertically intersecting fluid channels, the maximum extension of the separating element is two to three times the maximum width of the fluid channel in the area of the fluid channel intersection. In this case, the size and additional weight of the separating element are relatively small compared to the dimensions and weight of the cooling plate, so that the component dimensions change only insignificantly due to the inventive design of a cooling plate compared to cooling plates without such fluid channel intersections.A further advantage of the design of a separating element which has only a small footprint is that a cooling plate known from the prior art can be replaced by a cooling plate which concentrates only on the redesign of a relatively small surface area of the cooling plate, so that a design according to the invention can also be subsequently implemented on a cooling plate with relatively little additional effort. In a further practical embodiment of a cooling plate according to the invention, the separating element is designed as a channel element with at least one fluidly separated sub-channel. For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that a separating element designed as a channel element can also have two or more fluidly separated sub-channels. For example, two fluidly separated sub-channels can be designed to form both the first sub-section and the second sub-section in the channel element itself. Further details regarding a separating element designed as a channel element will be discussed in more detail below, particularly in conjunction with the figures. Alternatively, or in addition to a separating element with at least one fluidically separated sub-channel, a thermal separation layer is provided in the separating element in another practical embodiment. By forming a thermal separation layer, thermal insulation of fluid flows at different temperatures can be advantageously realized as an integral element without requiring additional installation space. In a further practical embodiment of a cooling plate according to the invention, the separating element is designed to be at least partially complementary to the corresponding fluid channel sections in the region of the fluid channel intersection in which the separating element is arranged. Such fluid channel sections are, in particular, shaped recesses, for example, half-shells with a V-shaped or U-shaped cross section. Such a design has the advantage that the position of a separating element within the fluid channel intersection is clearly predetermined due to the complementary design. This facilitates production and reduces the risk of incorrect positioning of the separating element within the fluid channel intersection. In a further practical embodiment of the cooling plate according to the invention, the separating element is designed and arranged in the cooling plate and / or at least a partial section in the region of the fluid channel intersection of the cooling plate is shaped in such a way that the fluid channel intersection has a thickened portion. A thickening of the fluid channel intersection means that the thickness extending in the vertical direction of the cooling plate is locally greater in the region of the fluid channel intersection than in the laterally adjoining regions of the cooling plate. In the case that the separating element is designed and arranged in the cooling plate in such a way, such a thickening can be achieved in particular by the separating element being designed to protrude upwards or downwards from the cooling plate in the vertical direction. This can be achieved in particular by forming a shaped, protruding recess or another structure that protrudes upwards or downwards on the separating element. If the fluid channel intersection has a thickening because at least a partial section in the area of the fluid channel intersection of the cooling plate is shaped accordingly, the fluid channel intersection can be created in a simple manner by additionally arranging a simple sheet metal as a separating element between two cooling plate halves (half shells) before the cooling plate halves are connected to each other. In a further practical embodiment of the cooling plate according to the invention, the separating element is designed as a bridge element such that the first subsection from a region in front of the fluid channel intersection is arranged to flow over, under and / or through the second subsection by sealingly arranging the bridge element. The terms overflowing and underflowing refer to designs in which the bridge element is actually arranged so as to protrude upwards or downwards from the plane of the cooling plate, as well as designs in which the bridge element is arranged completely within the plane of the cooling plate, ie between two cooling plate halves. A through-flow arrangement means, in particular, an arrangement in which the bridge element has a smaller thickness than the cooling plate itself, so that, due to a central arrangement within the cooling plate - in particular in the vertical direction - it still provides sufficient space for the fluid which crosses the bridge element to flow both over and under. A cooling plate according to the invention can be manufactured particularly easily if the bridge element is designed as an attachment element or insert element such that it can be mounted by placing it on an outer surface or by inserting it into a prepared depression or recess. In this case, the addition of a bridge element during the manufacture of a cooling plate can be integrated particularly easily and cost-effectively into an existing assembly process. In this context, particular reference is made to bridge elements which have a planar side and a circumferential collar with which the bridge element can be inserted from the outside into a half-shell, in particular a planar cover plate. The collar can be used both for positioning and for sealing, in particular by carrying out a joining process or by using additional sealing means. With regard to joining processes, particular reference is made to bonding, welding, and soldering. By applying solder and / or flux between a half-shell and a bridge element beforehand, the bridge element can be joined to the half-shell in the same process as the two half-shells, particularly by loading it into a soldering furnace. Alternatively, a bridge element constructed in this way can also be manufactured using a roll-bonding process. In a further practical embodiment of a cooling plate according to the invention, the separating element is designed such that, at least in one partial section of the separating element, the effective hydraulic diameter is essentially the same as immediately upstream and downstream of this partial section. This is particularly relevant for separating elements whose cross-section is reduced in the vertical direction in the region of the fluid channel intersection because the intersecting cross-sections extend one above the other but are fluidly separated from each other. In this case, it is particularly preferred to increase the width in the region of the fluid channel intersection to achieve the same or approximately the same effective hydraulic diameter. The invention also relates to a method for producing a cooling plate with at least one fluid channel for controlling the temperature, in particular cooling, of an electric drive energy storage device of a vehicle, wherein at least one inlet opening is provided for the fluid channel and at least one outlet opening is provided for the fluid channel. At least one separating element is arranged in the region of the fluid channel such that the cooling fluid of a first subsection can cross in a fluidically separated manner from the cooling fluid of a second subsection. Reference is hereby made once again to the possibilities for the geometric design of a corresponding separating element, which were explained above in connection with the cooling plate according to the invention. The insertion of such a separating element is particularly simple and cost-effective, especially when a cooling plate is formed from two or more half-shells and the separating element only needs to be added before, during, or after the manufacturing process. It is particularly preferred if the joining process of the half-shells can be used to attach the separating element in or to the cooling plate. In a further practical embodiment of the method according to the invention, the separating element is introduced before, during, or after the production of the cooling plate by connecting two half-shells and sealingly connected to the first section and / or to the second section. A sealing connection is preferably created simultaneously with the connection of the two half-shells by designing and arranging the separating element in such a way that the connection process for the two half-shells can also be used for the sealing arrangement of the separating element within the cooling plate. Further practical embodiments of the invention are described below in conjunction with the drawings. These show: Fig. 1 shows only a first half-shell of a cooling plate according to the invention, with a schematic representation of a fluid channel which, starting from an inlet opening, is divided into three sub-channels to allow parallel forward and return flow channels and a re-merging of the cooling fluid in front of an outlet opening. Fig. 2 shows a detailed view of the area marked K in Fig. 1, viewed from the rear (half-shell from Fig. 1 rotated by 180°), with a transparent representation of the separating element. Fig. 3 shows only the separating element from Fig. 2, viewed from above. Fig. 4 shows a detailed view of only a partial area of the fluid channel intersection of the cooling plate from Fig.1 with a second embodiment of a separating element, which is designed as an insert element in the form of a bridge element and is inserted into a half-shell, wherein the second half-shell is not shown, in an isometric view, Fig. 5 the same view as in Fig. 4 , wherein the separating element is shown partially transparent in order to make the fluidly separated partial sections leading through the separating element visible, Fig. 6 an exploded view of a cooling plate with a separating element, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, in an isometric view, Fig. 7 an exploded view of the cooling plate from Fig. 1 with a third embodiment of a separating element, which is designed as an insert element in the form of a bridge element, in an isometric view, Fig. 8 only the separating element from Fig. 7 in an isometric view obliquely from below, Fig. 9 only the separating element from Fig.7 in a partially transparent isometric view obliquely from above, Fig. 10 is a sectional view through the arrangement of a separating element in a half-shell according to line XX in Fig. 9 , Fig. 11 is a sectional view through the arrangement of a separating element in a half-shell according to line XI-XI in Fig. 9 , Fig. 12 is a view according to arrow A of the separating element in Fig. 9 , which is shown in section along the line XII-XII, Fig. 13 is a further embodiment of a separating element which essentially corresponds to the design of the separating element from Figs. 7 to 12, but additionally has a thermal separation layer in a view analogous to the view in Fig. 12, Fig.14 shows a further embodiment of a separating element which has a fluidically separated sub-channel and is arranged within a recess of a fluid channel intersection with two intersecting fluid channels in such a way that it is both flowed under and over in the transverse direction to the sub-channel, Fig. 15 shows only the separating element from Fig. 14 in an isometric view obliquely from above with a schematic view of the fluid flows through the sub-channel and in the transverse direction thereto, Fig. 16 shows only the separating element from Figs. 14 and 15 in a view according to the arrow XVI in Fig. 15 in the flow direction through the sub-channel, Fig. 17 shows a further embodiment of a separating element which is designed as a sheet-like, flat element in a longitudinal sectional view of a cooling plate with a thickening formed in a half-shell and Fig. 18 shows only the separating element from Fig.17 with the half-shell in which the thickening is formed in a view according to the arrow XVIII in Fig. 17 without the upper half-shell. Fig. 1 shows a cooling plate 10 according to the invention with a fluid channel 12, which is essentially formed by forming recesses in a first half-shell 26 (not clearly visible in Fig. 1 because they are located on the rear side). To produce the complete cooling plate 10, the first half-shell 26 is connected to a second cooling plate (see Fig. 2) not shown in Fig. 1, wherein the second cooling plate is a flat plate in this embodiment. The fluid channel 12 leads from an inlet opening 14 to an outlet opening 16. In the embodiment shown, the fluid channel 12 has a branch 18 near the inlet opening 14, at which the fluid channel 12 splits into three sub-channels T1, T2, T3. The sub-channels T1, T2, T3 run parallel to one another within the cooling plate 10 from the side on which the inlet opening 14 is formed to the opposite side. From this side, the sub-channels T1, T2, T3 each return in parallel. The respective inflow channel is labeled H1, H2, H3, and the return flow channel is labeled R1, R2, R3. The design of the fluid channel 12 makes it possible to uniformly temperature-control, in particular to cool, cell stacks 20 arranged in the adjacent area below the respective forward and return flow channels H1, R1; H2, R2; H3, R3, since the respective forward flow H1, H2, H3 comprises unheated cooling fluid that has flowed into the cooling plate 10 via the inlet opening, whereas the respective return flow R1, R2, R3 comprises cooling fluid that has already been heated along the length of a cell stack 20. Assuming that the cell stacks 20 each heat up approximately evenly, uniform temperature control of all cell stacks 20 is achieved. It is also apparent from Fig. 1 that the design of the fluid channel 12, as shown in Fig. 1, in the area marked with K requires a design with a total of two fluid channel crossings FK, each of which enables fluidly separated crossing of fluid flows. Immediately downstream of branch 18 there is a first fluid channel crossing FK, where the middle forward flow H2 and the return flow R1 cross but are fluidly separated from each other. Analogous to the design with branch 18 and fluid channel intersection FK in the area of the forward flow, upstream of the outlet opening 16 there is a fluid channel intersection of the forward flow H3 with the return flow and a collection point 42 where the return flows R1, R2 and R3 are combined. In the following, it is explained on the basis of various exemplary embodiments how fluid channel intersections FK, in particular in the area marked with K in Fig. 1, can be designed in order to fluidly separate a first partial section of the fluid channel intersection FK from a second partial section of the fluid channel intersection FK. 2 and 3 show a detailed view of the area marked K in Fig. 1 with a first embodiment of a separating element 22, which is designed as an attachment element in the form of a bridge element 24. Fig. 2 also shows that the cooling plate 10 is formed from a first half-shell 26 and a second half-shell 28. It can also be seen that the first half-shell 26 has a somewhat smaller base area than the second half-shell 28. The first half-shell 28 is a substantially flat sheet metal. The first half-shell 26 is a pre-formed sheet metal which, for forming the fluid channel 12, has depressions 40 formed in the vertical direction perpendicular to the direction of extension of the first half-shell 26 and the second half-shell 28. Fig. 2 shows a detailed view of the area marked K in Fig. 1, with the half-shell 26 rotated by 180° compared to Fig. 1. As a result, the fluid channel intersections FK, the branch 18, and all other elements are each arranged at the positions corresponding to the rotation of the half-shell 26. As can be seen in Fig. 2, the recess 40 extending from the inlet opening 14 and extending from bottom to top is formed continuously over the separating element 22. The same applies to the recess 40 extending from the outlet opening 16 and from bottom to top over the separating element 22. The recesses 40 running transversely to the aforementioned recesses 40 from left to right, however, each end at the end sections labeled E1, E2, E3, and E4 in the region of the separating element 22. In order to achieve a fluidically separated connection from the end point E1 to the end point E2 and from the end point E3 to the end point E4, corresponding recesses 40 are formed in the separating element 22, which allow cooling fluid to flow from the region between the first half-shell 26 and the second half-shell 28 into the region between the first half-shell 26 and the separating element 22. In this way, fluid flowing in via the inlet opening 14 can be divided into the three outgoing flows H1, H2, H3 in the region of the branch 18. Analogously, the return flows R1, R2, R3 can flow together again in the collection point 42.For fluid separation, the separating element 22 has a thickened portion 32 that bridges the end points E1 and E2 as well as the end points E3 and E4. Therefore, in this embodiment, the separating element 22 is designed as a bridge element 24. For this purpose, the separating element 22 is sealingly attached to the first half-shell 26 such that cooling fluid can only flow via the respective thickened portion 32 from the end point E1 to the end point E2 and via the further thickened portion 32 from the end point E3 to the end point E4. 4 and 5 show a detailed view of only a partial area of the fluid channel intersection FK of the cooling plate 10 from FIG. 1 in a view from below with a second embodiment of a separating element 22, which is designed as an insert element in the form of a bridge element 24. As can be seen from a joint view of FIGS. 4 and 5, the separating element 22 designed as a channel element is designed to be complementary to the corresponding recesses 40 in the fluid channel sections in the area of the fluid channel intersection FK in which the separating element 22 is arranged. In the separating element 22 designed as a channel element, two fluidly separated sub-channels TK1, TK2 are formed, which intersect but are fluidly separated from one another. This design makes it possible to realize a fluid channel intersection FK with fluidly separated sub-channels TK1, TK2. In FIG.5 it is clearly visible that the sub-channel TK1 runs above the sub-channel TK2, in which the height of the respective sub-channels TK1, TK2 is correspondingly reduced in the area of the fluid channel intersection FK. The assembly of a cooling plate 10 according to the invention with a separating element 22 as shown in Figs. 4 and 5 can be carried out in particular as schematically illustrated in Fig. 6. In a first step, a formed half-shell, illustrated here using the example of the first half-shell 26, is coated with a flux (not shown), in particular with a flux suitable for a soldering process. Alternatively or additionally, the flux can be functionally designed as a sealant, so that it seals the separating element 22 during (later) operation, in particular by closing narrow gaps between the half-shells. In a second process step, the separating element 22 is inserted into a pretreated half-shell, here into the first half-shell 26. In a further process step, the second half-shell 28, which may also be coated with flux if required, is placed on the first half-shell 26. Finally, in a final process step, the two half-shells 26, 28 are firmly connected to each other, in particular by soldering in a soldering furnace. For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that the separating element can also be joined to the half-shell 26 by other joining methods, in particular by welding, gluing, and / or other suitable joining techniques. It is also possible to perform the joining independently of the joining of the half-shells, either before or afterward. Fig. 7 shows an exploded view of the cooling plate 10 according to the invention from Fig. 1 with a third embodiment of a separating element 22, which is designed as an insert element in the form of a bridge element 24, in an isometric view. In this embodiment, a recess 30 in the form of a free cut is provided in the second half-shell 28. The recess 30 essentially corresponds in shape and size to the main part of the separating element 22, insofar as it is inserted there. Otherwise, the separating element 22 essentially corresponds to the separating element 22 which was explained in detail in connection with Figs. 4 and 5. In contrast to this, the separating element 22 shown in Fig. 7 has an approximately square base area with a collar 34 which, in the assembled state, rests flat on the second half-shell 28. This is clearly visible in Fig. 10. As can be seen from a summary of Figs. 8-10, the collar 34 is formed circumferentially on the separating element 22. Fig. 12 shows, based on the dashed lines in the end region of arrows B and C, that a thickening 32 can optionally be created on the separating element 22 in order to increase the flow cross-section of the partial channel TK1 in the vertical direction according to arrow C, and / or to further increase the flow cross-section of the partial channel TK2 in the vertical direction according to arrow B by means of a thickening both on the separating element 22 and on the first half-shell 26. It is also possible to only thicken the separating element 22 in the direction of arrow B. If necessary, the same effective hydraulic diameter or an approximately identical diameter can be created in the region of the separating element 22 as in the regions immediately upstream and downstream of the separating element 22, in particular if this is not possible due to installation space constraints without a corresponding thickening 32. However, it may also be useful to deliberately design the flow cross-sections of the sub-channels TK1 and TK2 as throttling points in such a way that desired flow conditions are established in the entire cooling plate between individual inflows H1, H2, H3 and / or between individual return flows R1, R2, R3 and / or overall between all or a selection of inflows H1, H2, H3 and return flows R1, R2, R3. Fig. 13 shows a separating element 22 in the form of a bridge element 24 analogous to the separating element 22 shown in Figs. 7-12 with the difference that a thermal separation layer 44 is provided between the partial channel TK1 and the partial channel TK2, which counteracts a heat transfer visualized by the arrows Q. 14-16 show a further embodiment of a separating element 22 in the form of a bridge element 24, which has both overflow and underflow. The separating element 22 has only one partial channel TK1, which ensures a secure transfer of a fluid from an inflow area AN to an outflow area AB. For this purpose, corresponding sealing sections 36 are provided in both the inflow area AN and the outflow area AB, which ensure that cooling fluid can only reach the outflow area AB from the inflow area AN through the partial channel TK1 within the separating element 22. At the same time, the sealing sections 36 ensure that cooling fluid flowing perpendicular to the partial channel can only flow over or under the separating element 22, as shown by the arrows Ü and U in Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, to cross the cooling fluid guided through the partial channel TK1 in a fluidly separated manner. Fig. 17 and Fig. 18 show a further embodiment of a separating element 22, which is designed as a sheet-like, flat element. This separating element 22 is particularly simple to manufacture and fasten, since it only needs to be cut from a sheet metal or other flat material. To fasten the separating element 22, it is sufficient if linear sealing or joining sections 38 are provided along the longitudinal edges. The separating element 22 shown in Fig. 17 and Fig. 18, which has a very simple geometric design, can only be used in conjunction with a first half-shell 26 and a second half-shell 28, each of which has a suitable recess 40, which together with the separating element 22 form partial channels TK1 and TK2, which are fluidically separated from one another. The features of the invention disclosed in the present description, the drawings, and the claims may be essential, both individually and in any combination, for the realization of the invention in its various embodiments. The invention may be varied within the scope of the claims and taking into account the knowledge of the person skilled in the art. In particular, it is pointed out that the number of forward and return flows can be kept variable, in particular by adapting the number of fluid channel crossings FK to the respective requirements.
