Abstract

The invention relates to a water-soluble capsule for cleaning fresh food in standard household dishwashers. The capsule consists of a biodegradable film and contains a combination of active ingredients: sodium carbonate, acetic acid, and sodium chloride. These substances enable the removal of pesticide residues, pathogens, and surface contaminants through chemical and mechanical processes. Upon contact with water, a reaction occurs, releasing carbon dioxide, which further enhances the cleaning effect through microbubbles. The invention enables hygienic and environmentally friendly cleaning of fresh food without the use of harsh chemicals.
