The invention relates to an air outlet arrangement with an air outlet (5); a curved air guide plate (8), wherein an airflow (6) from the air outlet (5) is guided along a convex surface (8A) of the air guide plate (8) by utilizing the Coandă effect; wherein the air guide plate (8) is porous; wherein the air guide plate (8) has a suction section (8C) and a subsequent pressure section (8D) upstream; furthermore, with a pressure differential generating device (12) for generating a suction air pressure along the suction section (8C) on a concave surface (8B), so that air is drawn through the air guide plate (8) from the convex surface (8A) to the concave surface (8B), and a pressure air pressure along the pressure section (8D) on the concave surface (8B), so that air is pushed through the air guide plate (8) from the concave surface (8B) to the convex surface (8A).Furthermore, the invention relates to a motor vehicle (1) with such an air outlet arrangement.
